We had our young adult children ages 17-25 with us and we all had an amazing time. We especially loved the heated pool and deck. The location was perfect, just a 15 minute walk to restaurants/bars and shops -1 block from beach, on a canal so some of us did a little fishing. Loved this vacation home. The only thing is upstairs and down are not connected via indoor. This wasn't a big deal as our children are adults. This may not work with younger children. I was really thankful of the beach stuff. (We know what it’s about and enjoy partying ourselves. ) This property is in the perfect proximity to everything the island has to offer! We loved the house and the pool! Unfortunately it is located across from a dive bar called the Liki Tiki. We actually lost sleep on vacation. There was loud music and people yelling and screaming EVERY NIGHT until 3 a.m. Drunks were fighting in front of the house and harassing our teens as they were walking back from the square. The police were there almost every night. I cannot say what this bar is like any other time of year.
