Fort Mill Vacation Packages

Appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the mornings - Ordered a double Queen room but none was available and had stay in a single king bed on first night (through travelocity) - Did not clean room/make beds on second night - Had to call desk to get towels

It was a good stay with very few amenteties

Excellent hotel in the downtown Charlotte area. Professional and attentive staff throughout that were always friendly and helpful. Common areas were highly maintained and looked great at all times and the hotel offered a number of dining and additional services, including valet parking and access to buildings throughout the downtown area and some shopping areas in on the bottom floor of the hotel. The rooms were nice, comfortable and well maintained.

Shower could have been cleaner and floors on kitchenette had some dirt as well. Nice room layout plenty of space could you a little updating in bathroom. Staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. Pool is small.

The property was in the midst of renovation. The front lobby was nice. The carpet looked new in hallway but was missing baseboards. The room was okay, bed wasn't very comfortable, bathroom definitely showing its age; dinged up doors and furniture and no Heavenly Bed by Wyndham☹️ Because we stayed on a Sunday night, their in house restaurant was closed. The one restaurant close by was Mexican. I normally love Mexican. This, not so much. They didn't have chips and salsa, the beef chimichanga, rice, and beans were bland.. We did not eat the free breakfast, Not sure we would stay here again.
