"Bed and tub and toilet were very clean. As I just needed a bed and shower and to get back on the road this was fine for the low price. Weird matter splattered on the wall. The towels and linen smelled strongly of fabric softener to the point I had a terrible allergy headache in the morning. If the carpets were clean (bugs and lots of dirt in the corners and edges) it would have gotten much better rating. "

"This hotel was a last minute hotel. My daughter was graduating from the Army. I usually don’t stay at hotels under 4 stars. However I needed to get a hotel & fast. I made reservations here at this Days Inn, We got in around 4am. I had driven 10 hrs. It wasn’t time for us to check in out room yet. I ask if we could check in early being that we got there earlier than expected. The front desk guy said that the manager will be around 7am. So we slept in my SUV until then. Once I got up before everyone else. I decided to go in to see if the manager was in. Dee a staff member was very inviting! Dee had great customer service. I had ask to speak with the manager. Katie (the manager) came out. Katie was GREAT!!!!!! Katie allowed us to check in early being that the Graduation starts at 10am. The stay was absolutely fantastic.. The beds were comfortable. The sheets was so white and the comforter itself had no stains at all on them. The floor had carpet and it was nice carpet. The refrigerator was clean the bathrooms clean everything was clean and well put together. Definitely recommend coming here in the future. I will definitely be back. Thank you Dee and Katie for all your help the best Customer Service I’ve had in years and I have been all over the world and outside the country. Thanks Lady. You are the best VALISA "
