The house was as stated in the description except I didn’t realize it was a duplex. However, it was very quiet. There was plenty of room in the house, which offered two master hires. We initially couldn’t locate a closet in the front bedroom, which we found odd. But later realized the door was hidden by the bedroom door when it was opened. I would suggest switching the direction the bedroom door opens. Instead of to the right when entering, maybe make it go to the left.
The home was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The backyard was small but nice as it backed right up to the waterway. It was at the very end of the waterway so there was no boat traffic. There was a patio dining set that we used along with a gas grill that we did not use.
The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, bowls, etc. it did not have a toaster but the toaster oven worked just as well.
Between the laundry room and the linen closet there were ample towels and wash cloths. The one thing we were lacking that we ended up buying on our own was toilet paper. There was only one roll per bathroom.
We had one small issue with sugar ants, but as soon as we called the property manager, he arranged for the exterminator to come the next day. He also offered to drop off toilet paper but we had already bought some so there was no need. He was always very responsive prior to arrival.
We really enjoyed our stay!
