Meticulously clean house on a canal
The house was tastefully appointed and the owners took the time to leave us a wonderful welcome package. All essentials were provided including paper towel. Everything was well laid out and easy to find. The check in process was simple, with no stress. Will stay there again!

Conveniently Located to Everything
We so enjoyed our stay at Tropical Waterfront for a few nights. The place was perfectly clean and had all supplies needed. Brothers and sister traveling together, so, we each had our own room and bathrooms. The location was walking distance to restaurants and we could Uber from the cruise port, to the mall, beach, airport. Overall great value for two, instead of sharing a hotel room.

We really loved the cleanliness & comfort of this property. Having bathrooms attached to bedrooms was perfect. Owner was quickly responsive when we had questions. Living areas had comfortable furniture. Patio was an awkward location having to walk through damp grass. Bathrooms very clean but some updating needed. Nice neighborhood but traffic on Rt 1 was terrible & difficult.

Absolutely Gorgeous!
The whole experience of this booking was fantastic, The owner is so kind and helpful with great communication. The property itself was beautiful, absolutely gorgeously decorated and clean and tidy. Had a wonderful time relaxing out back watching the wildlife, views and looking out onto the water. Couldn’t fault anything about our experience and we would love to come back. It’s ideally located to restaurants and the beach , just beautiful - thank you so much!

Perfect Gem!
My family and I (husband and 13 yr old son) absolutely loved this gem. Great and convenient location. It helps that we’re familiar with the area. Great spot for fishermen with boat/trailer and truck
Nice waterfront property with ample docking space for large center console. Property has a large driveway sufficient for a 35’ trailer and a large heavy duty pickup. Location is close to several boat up restaurants with dockage and about 25 minutes from the Alsdorf Boatramp if you are launching a larger boat. Property is about midway from the Hillsboro Inlet and Port Everglades. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Delightful
We really enjoyed our stay at Cozy Cottage. The house was very comfortable and clean, the kitchen well stocked with appropriate cooking utensils and pans and lots of dishware. We enjoyed sitting down on the dock in the shade of a neighbouring palm sipping our morning tea while we watched the fish jump. The neighbourhood was also good for morning power walks and dog walks. Highy recommend it.

Unfortunately for us it rained. It’s walkable to a point but only if you want donuts or maybe a small café. Luckily the hosts did provide some game so we kept ourselves amused.

Little piece of paradise
This duplex was well equipped including the kitchen where you could make complete meals with all the utensils you'd need if you didn't want to eat out, but plenty of places nearby to grab a bite. Our trip was not for a vacation but we left home due to Hurricane Ian. The Management communication was wonderful and they went the extra mile to assist us even offering to allow us to stay longer if we needed to. Check in and out was easy. We spent most of our time in the den with the water view that was enjoyable. A great place for a get-a-way!

Perfect!
We were in Fort Lauderdale to participate in the Senior Olympics. The home was centrally located to the bowling alley, sites, restaurants. When there was down time in the evening we sat outside and enjoyed the peace and tranquillity of the water. It was so nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. I hope to come back to the Fort Lauderdale area and I would love to stay here again.

Fabulous Lauderdale rental
Had a wonderful week at this excellent rental. Stayed in the 2 master br side of duplex. The other side is 3 br. Great option for a larger group to take both. Sits on a canal. Very clean and well appointed. Owner is helpful and was able to help me through my tv issue over the phone. Called me back immediately even though he was out having dinner. Hope to return soon.

Privacy and Comfort
The house was as stated in the description except I didn’t realize it was a duplex. However, it was very quiet. There was plenty of room in the house, which offered two master hires. We initially couldn’t locate a closet in the front bedroom, which we found odd. But later realized the door was hidden by the bedroom door when it was opened. I would suggest switching the direction the bedroom door opens. Instead of to the right when entering, maybe make it go to the left. The home was beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The backyard was small but nice as it backed right up to the waterway. It was at the very end of the waterway so there was no boat traffic. There was a patio dining set that we used along with a gas grill that we did not use. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, bowls, etc. it did not have a toaster but the toaster oven worked just as well. Between the laundry room and the linen closet there were ample towels and wash cloths. The one thing we were lacking that we ended up buying on our own was toilet paper. There was only one roll per bathroom. We had one small issue with sugar ants, but as soon as we called the property manager, he arranged for the exterminator to come the next day. He also offered to drop off toilet paper but we had already bought some so there was no need. He was always very responsive prior to arrival. We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the house and it was perfect for the 2 of us! We left 3 suggestions for the owner that would be helpful for future guests! He was extremely responsive to any message for help we sent ( burnt out light bulb and internet connection) Got to meet him in person and was a very nice guy! (Only drawback was a backyard full of lizards, old lawn furniture and not very appealing! So we went to beach and occasionally sat out front)

Excellent waterfront location - exceptionally clean - extraordinary value
Boating, bike riding, walking, dining, shopping, pickleball and of course the beach. All of this was ours for a glorious two weeks. All we needed was a place to stay and Christian exceeded our desires by providing a very clean very well equipped property. We lacked nothing in the kitchen and our outdoor dining was complemented by using the provided grill. The patio was just big enough for the four of us as we enjoyed the privacy. A few things easily overlooked were small worn spots in the tub/shower and scuffs on the kitchen floor. Furnishings were relatively new and comfortable. Towels and linens were abundant, great condition and very clean. Washer/Dryer worked perfectly. All-in-all we were thoroughly pleased.
