Warm weather get-away!
Location of the property was great - far enough away from the spring break crowds, we had a quiet beach. Short walk to the ocean. House was very nice - pool was awesome. Warm enough to get in at night even in February/early March. Communication from property manager was great - always quick & very responsive when we had questions .... even on how to work the remote/tv. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this rental to others who are looking in the area.

Phenomenal Stay & Perfect For Our Weeklong Family Trip!
What a phenomenal property! We looked closely when we were deciding where to stay in Fort Lauderdale for a week...a unique opportunity to gather my parents along with my wife, three kids, and my sister and her eldest daughter. We were visiting from outside of Florida, but know the Fort Lauderdale area well with family in the extended area. The property was absolutely perfect and as described. We couldn't have been happier with our proximity to the beach, the clean/well appointed facilities with lots of extra towels and necessities, four well appointed bedrooms, a gorgeous master, the appropriate beach gear, and a perfect pool...literally perfect...heated/nice and warm, large, and a fixture of the property that we used daily. A turn key five star vacation with strong communication prior to and during our visit for anything we needed. We didn't want to take any risks below a five star for this important vacation (and with four kids under four), and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you and we will be back!

Great property
This property was great for our group. Assets: The house was immaculate and the location was great for beach access. It was also very nice to have such a large pool to enjoy. The beds and bathrooms were fabulous. Negatives: one conditioner bottle was filled with bath gel. We rented the golf cart, but the property is on a dead end street and the heavy traffic on A1A made driving the cart hazardous

Beautiful home -wonderful stay
We spent Christmas week at this home and had a wonderful stay! The entire family, from grandparents to grandchildren had a great time. House is super clean and host was extremely responsive with any questions. Loved proximity to beach and appreciated beach chairs etc provided with the home. Most of all the heated pool was hit with our family.

Fort Lauderdale Gem
Our family truly enjoyed our stay in this home. The pool was a favorite and the short walk to the beach made it easy and stress free for our family with little kids. The management company was responsive to all our needs and responded immediately. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking it again.

25 year anniversary
The property left us amazed how beautiful everything thing was from the moment we entered the house. We had 9 of us and everyone slept comfortably. The pool was amazing. Heated with lots of room. Pool table with board games in the garage with air conditioner (amazing) the beach was as advertised one minute walk nice and clean. Awesome stay for will be going back 👏

Beautiful house, amazing back yard, short walk to the beach!
Communication from the seller was spectacular. The house is great, the pool and back yard is amazing. Nearly as close to the beach as you can get. It was better than I hoped it would be. I would love to go back to this same house when I can stay longer than a week!

Quick spring break with family
The property is ideal for a big group - back doors open up to the clean, warm pool. Plenty of beach supplies, toys, towels, every day necessities included. The property manager (Latitude Key) is very responsive. Any questions were immediately answered.

Wonderful Family-Beach Vacation Home!
Lovely beach vacation home for our week-long, annual, family trip with six adults and three children, ages 2, 4 & 6! Two-minute walk to the beach, wonderful heated pool and private backyard with plenty of comfortable seating, a large, quality grill, fully equipped kitchen with huge fridge & wine fridge! Plenty of living space and beautiful bathrooms! Full equipped with plenty of toys and games for all ages. Very clean and GREAT communication with host. Would highly recommend!

Salt Key House
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Salt Key residence. It was great for a 6 adults having a mini family reunion. Super close to the beach and the pool was awesome. Also close to restaurants with a short Uber. House was well appointed and professionally managed. Would recommend.

Great location!
Great property! Family of 9 including 2 teens and 2yo. Place is very comfortable, beautifully maintained and as listed. Pool area is perfect to lounge, lots of seating. Located 1 block from the beach. Had very minor issues, ice maker doesn't work, only 1 usable beach chair and umbrella but didn't really bother us. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great Vacation Property

Great Stay, Beautiful House, & Communicative Rental Company
I hosted my sister's bachelorette weekend here. We had a wonderful time. The property was exactly as advertised - even bigger than expected. EVERYTHING was included which made planning a breeze. Laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided. Everything was clean and the pool was fantastic. No issues with the A/C or fridge working properly (I have encountered both issues at rentals in the past). The house isn't quite walking distance to many bars but the location was still phenomenal. Everything was a short uber away. 20 minutes from the airport & so close to the beach. Most importanly, Latitude Key was extremely responsive and helpful from the moment I booked to the moment I checked outl. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Beautiful place and location
The house was beautiful very roomy. We loved the size of the pool and the temperature. The pool table was a hit with all. There were a few bugs but that is to be excepted in south Florida and exterminator came out quickly. Would definitely stay agai. And recommend the house and the rental company

awesome house - block off the beach
Great house. The best - pool / outdoor seating - the kids loved it - and, a block away from Ft Lauderdale beach. Perfect location - close to restaurants, etc. - but a bit up from the crowds of spring break.

Wonderful home/awesome location!!
We stayed here with our children and some of their friends (6 teenagers/2 adults) and we all loved it! The pool in the backyard is amazing, the home is beautiful and the management company was a dream to work with! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone!

Wonderful vacation rental!
This house was a wonderful vacation rental for a getaway with friends (8 women in total). The house is spacious and clean, the pool is heated, and amenities are well-stocked. The location is across the street from a beautiful part of the beach and within walking distance or quick ride to restaurants. The house manager, Christina, is excellent and goes the extra mile. She was always available for questions before our arrival and kept in touch after our departure. The bedrooms are big, especially the master, and nicely decorated. The queen size room is the smallest (the bed was a little small for two women to share), but it would be great for kids. We only used the beach chairs, but the house also has bikes, a pool table, and many toys for families to use. There is one bathroom for the three bedrooms upstairs, so some of us shared the master bath and bathroom downstairs to shower and get ready. It worked out fine. They definitely know how to make your stay enjoyable, and I would stay here again!

The house was very well presented and well equipped . Open plan main floor was spacious with plenty of room for our group in the kitchen and dining area. Beds were comfortable throughout. Perfect vacation getaway
We rented the Beach house for a girls weekend getaway in Jan , what a beautiful house , spacious and with all the modern decor , it was beautifully done. They had a lot of equipment for the beach. The pool temperature was perfect at any time of the day or night. 2 minute walk to the beach. The owner was very nice and kept in contact once in a while to make sure everything was to our liking, I would recommend this property to anyone, you won't be disappointed!

We rented this property just after Christmas. We were to have eight people but COVID reduced the number to 6. The kitchen was fabulous and easily fit our group. The beach is a block away and is gorgeous! We would go to the beach and then return to the pool. The pool is salt water pool and doesn’t dry your skin. Did I mention it’s heated! Everything in the house is top notch! You will love this place. Enjoy the appearance of the iguanas. They won’t bother you and provide free entertainment.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway
The property exceeded all of our expectations. There was ample space for 8 adults and it easily could have fit 2 more. All of the appliances are up to date, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was the perfect addition for our vacation. The location allowed for easy access to the beach and travel around Fort Lauderdale. They also provided ample supplies, great customer service, and recommendations for the surrounding area. This would be a great house for any occasion. Our group was reduced in number due to circumstances surrounding the pandemic and their customer service was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They even reduced our rate based on our lowered number of attendees. Stellar customer service and a great rental property.

Great location and affordable
Property is as stated, clean, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. They even offer free Nteflix so you don't have to log into personal account. Great for multiple families traveling together. Pool was also a big plus since it rained alot and could not get much beach time.. Definitely would stay here again.

Great house for our 5 teenage boys. Private Pool, billiards, ping pong, and a beach 1 block away. Incredibly nice neighbors. Only issue was it was listed as 4 BR and 3 BR. Should have been 2 and 1/2 baths as the third shower was outside and not a place you could take a full nude shower.

Perfect Mom’s Getaway!

We just loved our stay at Salt Key- the house was exactly as advertised- no bait and switch! Great WiFi if you are working from home like me Well equipped with bikes beach chairs umbrella etc The location - 3 houses from A1A and the boardwalk and beach was fantastic. Private backyard with beautiful heated pool The street is quiet and we enjoyed many evening cooking outdoors and also walking to restaurants I would recommend this without reservation - great for couples and families -the only downside is 3 bedrooms upstairs share 1 full bath
