Hello, we thank you for your feedback and bringing your experience to our attention to help provide the best service. We do not have a pond on the location so maybe there was confusion between a pond and a pool. Our pool service is a weekly service and any issues during your stay can be brought to our attention to get immediately resolved. We would like to be notified if a company that is hired to do a job is not doing the job properly so we can make sure that the company is aware and rectifies the issue right away. Since we did not hear about the pool issue at the time we would be unable to rectify it at this time but we will notify the company. All mattresses are high quality mattresses that are purchased at city furniture that accommodate most sleeping types. All mattresses have a waterproof protector and are purchased new. If you already have back problems we might not have the mattress that you need that matches your condition as our mattresses are universal. We have not had any issues with mattresses in the past but we will look into this as well. If propane runs out during your stay there is a propane exchange store close by that we always use. We leave 2 tanks on site that can always be alternated. We check on all of our properties on every check out and check in to ensure the best experience.

Hello we address issues as they are presented to us. We knew about the pool during your stay and we contacted the company right away. We were not made aware of any other issues until now. Regarding the pool we did not realize that one of the renters turned the unit off against the rental instructions. The company that installed the heater could not get there same day and we had to wait for them to be available and then they turned it back on. We will address the cleaning company regarding the ice and water dispenser as we were not made aware of this or any other cleaning matters. The pots and pans will be inspected to find out if any need to be replaced.

Hello we are sorry that you did not like the home. Everything on vrbo is accurate wording & pictures. Also on vrbo it has 360 degree virtual views of the home. The house is remodeled as a resort and does not mislead someone that they are in a resort. An actual resort would be in a hotel and this is a single family home. This is a very nice neighborhood and safe as I lived in the home for 10 years and loved the area. The pool heater is new and works fine. The only reason the pool would have been cold is if the unit was touched by a renter that tried to operate it which is against the rental instructions. Cameras are on the exterior which are stated clearly on the vrbo website and are required by the city and insurance company for liability purposes. The home is not in the process of being renovated. We are sorry you didn’t like the style or color of the tile inside of one shower inside the property. The pots and pans are for convenience and are not going to be brand new as they are constantly being used. They are replaced as needed. The furniture is different throughout and is not going to be all brand new. This is a vrbo and there is different furniture throughout the home but we do not leave furniture that is in poor or unacceptable condition.
