Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. Parking staff were excellent. Unfortunately we arrived and there were no curtains in the living room and the shower head was broken. After repeated requests to have the problems resolved finally on the 12th day of 14 the curtain was installed. The shower head was never fixed. Insufficient wifi to work on our computers in the room. We dont drive so we loved that we could walk everywhere. The rooftop pool is amazing. There were a few maintenance issues. Property advertised washer and dryer which were missing. A broom or small vacuum would have been helpful to cleanup the sand.
