Beautiful property. they include all of the basics, such as a beach towel a beach chair, free parking, free bottles of water, and complementary breakfast. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and were extremely accommodating to all of my wants and needs. The hotel is directly across the street from the ocean, which makes it very convenient for a walk ability purposes. The room was immaculate and included all essentials. Highly recommend this hotel!

Loved this cute hotel, location is perfect, the people at the reception are very nice and friendly. Beach in front is amazing and they offer beach chairs with beach umbrella for free. Also offer unlimited water bottles at reception for free. Smart TV in the room with good wifi. wifi catches to the beach!! about location, perfect because in the neighbourhood they have litte local shops such as smoothie/juice shop, coffee, mini market, pastry and even a cute foodtruck. Very quiet at night and lots of restaurants in the surroundings (walking distance). Really recommend this place and would love to go back!

The room was fair. Free breakfast was very good. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very cooperative. The location was perfect and the fact they offered free beach towels and beach umbrellas was perfect. Overall a really great place. Just wished the room was better and the bathroom bigger.

This is excellent. The location is great. Parking included. The staff is great. The young African-American man in the bar/restaurant beyond lovely. The only bad things I can think of is that the showers are small and the entry/exit to the parking is tight. Everything else great! Also, They don’t recycle plastic bottles, but I don’t think this is the fault of the hotel. I don’t think Florida offers recycling.

I had a great stay! The property was pretty nice, very easy to park and getting to my room was a breeze. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, beautiful mornings on the beach. Nice people, very nice staff.

An amazing stay for us. Hotel was clean, close to everything, and the staff was amazing. They offer breakfast each morning, a bar/restaurant, 2 pools, beach chairs and more. Within walking distance to Birch State Park, Beachplace and more. The rooms were modern and very clean. The grounds are clean and tropical. Look forward to staying here again.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, in fact I was excited due to all of the "perfect" reviews I had read about online however I was extremely disappointed by the service I received and the way my birthday was treated. First prior to me arriving I called 4 times to make sure I had my Oceanview room booked, when I arrived, I was put on the first floor, facing a parking lot... although the room was spotless, it was far from what I paid for. Second when I arrived, I had trouble with the front desk due to him simply not taking me seriously and taking others before me even though I had arrived prior. I am not sure if this is agism, racism or sexism since I was one of the youngest guests there and they had an age requirement (that I met) but I found the front desk to be very discouraging and frustrating. Lastly the food place by the pool (which was green at the bottom my entire stay) was by far the most disappointing part about this trip. I ordered Ribeye steak that tasted like breakfast sausage and then proceeded to order pizza as a safer choice, and it tasted as if it had come straight from the refrigerator. When I tried to send it back after only eating a slice because my stomach began to hurt, I was denied. Ultimately although A bottle of champagne was put in my room to rectify the problem, I would not recommend this place and honestly, I wish I could get my money back.

This was our 3rd stay at Premier Hotel & we will return. We travel on a budget & Premier gives us a lot for our $$. Rooms are clean - AC works great. The property is vey nice a pool & tropical plants & orchids in the trees. Housekeeping is not an issue - they are on it! Breakfast is included & we ate there each morning. But the best feature is the proximity to the beach. If we were any closer, we'd be on the sand. We also enjoy the upstairs deck & sit there to watch the ocean at night. Oh & they provide chairs & umbrellas, a great perk for tourists who flew into town. The staff is friendly & helpful - can't say enough good things about The Premier Hotel.

Me and my son loved staying at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating. They brought me food from the on-site restaurant multiple times during my stay as well as had many other Options for delivery. The door keeper was nice, personable and bilingual. I can't say enough good things about our stay. The location was fantastic and we absolutely had the best possible service. We brought in sand every day and every day housekeeping got it out. Being on the beach with a little one that's a big win.

Staff is excellent! Our room was super clean! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for use! Clean beach towels everyday. Both pools clean and warm surrounded by trees and Florida wildlife it felt serene. Pool noodles for use and even toys for kids. Weekends full breakfast otherwise toast/bagels cereal etc. perfect location. Far enough away from the loud restaurants walking distance to everything my 2nd time at this hotel and I’ll be back.
