This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a while. First, when we arrived, only 1 elevator was working. People we waited up to 40 minutes at one point to get onto the elevator. We had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with all of our luggage to get to our room. Then we finally get there and there is a maintenance team in the room and they have taken apart the shower. They moved us to a different room, which had no AC. They had to move us again to a 3rd room. Horrible customer service and horrible experience all around.

Accommodating our request for a higher floor was a positive note but had to request to speak with a manager Upon arrival to the hotel the entrance is CLEARLY not visible. Completely inconvenient Told to enter through the parking garage even though we were dropped off.

Great location, easy access to beach, great pool area. However, waits for the elevators were extremely long so took the stairs plenty. Unfortunately we were met with dead cockroaches on the stairs daily. Rooms were spacious ans clean and staff were very good.

I really liked the location, despite the closeness to the spring breakers. My only complaint is that it was hard to remember where you wanted to go in the elevator, up or down

The elevator is almost entirely non functional. Staff didn’t seem to care that we had to take the stairs. Very expensive and I feel the elevator should work.

In order to get to the beach you have to go down 4 floors and walk thru the parking garage and run-down shopping mall. Pool was very small.

Great area right across from beach...lots of restaurants in the area as well. Love the fact of having a room with a balcony. The concierge servive in the lobby is great when you are looking for something..they have all the answers.

There were issues with the room so we had to wait to check in. Once those issues were resolved by maintenance, we were able to check in and had a great stay. Very comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony. Would consider staying here again!

Nice size room with view of ocean. Great location. Pool deck was big and plenty of chairs. They had DJ one day and trivia another day. People were loud in halls in am but we were by the elevators.

My husband and I stayed here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. They provided us with an ocean view villa and a wine bottle upon arrival. Beach is across the street and all restaurants are within walking distance. We would stay again

Overall it was nice. Checking in was good. I had another family party booked and they put us on the same floor and it was very convenient. Elevators are sooooooooooo slow. We had to wait min 5min - 10 min. Pool is small. Beach was across the street and it was convenient. I've been to Miami and most hotels had the rental section for the hotels or gave free chairs set up with umbrellas. Mariott didn't have that type of arrangement. You can get a beach towel and chair from the pool area and carry them down. Umbrella rentals by the beach was $30/ day. We decided to just by one from the store since we stayed for 5 days. Bedding was nice and had extra towels, comforters. My room had little refrigerator and a microwave with dishes and basic stuff. coffee maker.. etc. There was a connecting room next to mine... NO sound proof.. kids were crying all or banging... also, smell of their food while cooking just came right thru under the door and it was too much. We had to open our door when to vent it out. Staffs were friendly.

Great Holiday Weekend spent here. Villa's are amazing, we had a beautiful, spacious and modern ocean view one bedroom villa, the jacuzzi tub was so relaxing. Pool bar, restaurant and activities were fabulous! We will definitely be back!
