The property is nothing as displayed in the images. I would like a full refund, along with some form of compensation for the following inconveniences. Firstly, we visited about 3 rooms to find one that was in satisfactory condition, and none were. Secondly, we had to book another hotel on short notice, which was quite costly, and we drove for another 40 minutes to get there. We are TIRED, practically starving, and extremely uncomfortable.

I was only there for less than 30 minutes. The place is not only very old, not as shown in the advertisement, but also dirty and smelly. On the other hand, the manager changed my room because the key did not work to open the bedroom, so they gave me another bedroom that was in poor condition. For all these reasons my wife and I decided to look for another hotel. This was really a very bad experience

Junk!
Most horrible experience in my life! Creepy, disgusting and horrible place. They have a room with stove and don’t have at least a silverware, no shampoo or something like that, the bathroom was the most disgusting thing that I used before. Power outlet was broken and dangerous, shower doesn’t work properly sometimes too hot or too cold, room smells like a sewer mixed with mold. A way far to be a decent hotel! I don’t how a company like hotel.com works with such a pice of junk like that!

PLEASE read the review before booking
Not good at all for the price we paid for one night $180 the night. The hotel was not clean at all, the sheets were with blood stains, there’s no WIFI at all on any of the rooms, if you new wifi you need to stay at the lobby, I asked the front desk to help at least to change the sheets since hotels.com was not able to do anything about it, and he refused to change them. Very frustrating and homeless walking on the area even using the bathroom lobby to shower. I was afraid people was going to break in. I requested a cancellation and this was not an option at all. I also requested a relocation and hotels.com said it would take over an hour to find if any other hotel in the area. A very dramatic experience. No cable no wifi not even a phone in the room

The building hallway was dirty and had a strong smell of urine. The room itself looked old and unclean, but the toilets were well-maintained. However, there were no blankets on the bed; instead, a long towel-like cloth was given as a substitute. We were constantly worried about bedbugs during our stay. Nevertheless, the staff was polite and helpful.

People live at this motel. There were people being loud at all hours of the night. The rooms were disgusting. Bedsheets had holes in them. We had to go purchase disinfectant from a nearby CVS before sleeping in the beds. Dresser was falling apart. TV remote was taped together and barely worked. So much mold and water damage that the bathroom door didn't close. Shower was extremely dirty. The toilet looked like it was stolen from a public restroom. When we were walking to our car after checking out, a man came out of his room and told us that he had just gotten out of prison and was living there since he couldn't afford an apartment. DO NOT BOOK HERE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

The hotel appearance everywhere was run down and in need of repairs it may have not looked so dirty with repairs the doors to the rooms still used regular keys that barely worked. The receptacle in the bathroom didn’t work the room smelled like a smoking room but had a no smoking sign. There was no assigned parking and we had to park and walk with all our things a long distance. For the price we paid we could have and have had much nicer lodging

Not good at all! We were only there for one night for a ball game. Old and dated. No hot water in room. People were living there I believe we got in late slept and left early the next morning so was only there a few hours. Went to check out next morning no one at the desk. There was a person asleep in the lobby not sure if it was the person on duty or a homeless person.
