Pre cruise stay
Our stay at this home was before we got on our cruise ship. The home was just as described, if not better!! Great location to the port and the airport. The house was great for our family of 6, plenty of room. We also enjoyed sitting around the pool and swimming too. The property manager was great to work with also. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

This rental was perfect for our stay!! The home, amenities and location worked perfectly. We especially loved the pool, was wonderful for morning/evening swim. Location was great!!! Quick access to restaurants, grocery, and of course the beautiful beach!! Will definitely stay here again.

Great stay
We had a great time staying at the house. I was a little disappointed to find there was no hot tub, as it was advertised that there was and that was one of the main reasons we picked it, but I was happy to see that the mistake was corrected on the listing to avoid future confusion for others. The fenced in backyard was really great for privacy, and the pool also has a separate fence which put my mind at ease with my small children back there. Overall it was a very nice place to stay!

Great Get-Away!
This house was wonderful and spacious. All the rooms were equipped with technology and multiple plugs. The pool was amazing and clean. The code locks were easy and safe. All the beds were comfortable, including the pull bed. It was close to a public park! It had a fully equipped laundry room and kitchen! We would stay here again!

Grey Manor was the perfect choice for me
This place is exactly as advertised. I was very pleased that when walking into Grey Manor, I found it exactly as expected. The inside was very clean. All appliances were in working order. The private pool certainly was a hit with my grandchildren. Communication with the host was timely and relevant. If i ever go back to Miami this is the first property I'll be looking for.

Awesome place for our family, including our toddler grandson
The property was wonderful and exactly as described. The pool area was a wonderful retreat with palm trees surrounding the area. Having a high chair and pack and play for our 1 1/2 year old grandson was such a blessing. Communication was great and everything was just as described. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Comfortable house, great location, fantastic pool
We loved the easy location for getting around and the beautiful pool. The house is equipped with most everything you need. We had trouble finding the laundry because we were following the house rules a little *too* closely, but finally investigated and found it in the carport. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Little House
We were evacuating from Ian and needed a place to stay. Davin was so gracious through the process. Accommodated an early check in and blocked some days as we waited for more news to come to us about whether our house back on the West Coast was habitable or not. The house itself is incredibly clean and well stocked. Had everything we needed and a great little fenced backyard area with pool. Many VRBOs are pics from years ago and you show up and they are pretty rough, but this rental was perfect. Highly recommend.

The communication was very poor. I had to reach out to VRBO, just to get a response from the property owner. Two days before my trip I received an email stating that the pool didn’t work. When I arrived the pool looked as if it had been under construction for months. There was green algae and frogs in the bottom of the pool. The television in the back living room didn’t work. Only 2 of the fans worked. And the washing machine was also broken. I can’t forget that they left out the smallest towels for use to use and there wasn’t enough. This is my first time using VRBO and I wasn’t pleased with this listing at all.

Palm Estates is the place to stay.
The home is a stylish nicely decorated home. It is in a central location, which we found to be convenient. Stores, restaurants, freeway, beaches, etc. all close by. The property owner had great communication and responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. Small things we found and mentioned about our stay: the kitchen dishwasher not the best it didn’t drain all the water out. The detergent dispenser was broke and it made an annoying buzz. So we’d run it when we went out. Lack of glassware and the property owner responded by bringing new glassware by. Little things like that we found to be eh. The house did have Netflix and things like that and the smart TV’s in each bedroom was great for others that didn’t want to watch the same movie. The neighborhood is great and even a park within walking distance that was also great for the kids too in addition to the pool. Overall the house was a good stay and good space for ourselves and another family to vacation together in. So, I do think if you are looking for a house that is homey, and nearby to things, for a good price this is a good option. Book it and enjoy! Regard, Michael

Quiet Location
We enjoyed our stay. It was very accommodating for our group of 8. The home and the hot tub was clean. The neighborhood was quiet and near the beach. I only had to contact Davin once while there and he was quick in responding. Would definitely rent again if traveling to the area.

First VRBO experience.
My family had a great time. House was plenty big enough for 3 kids and 4 adults. The jacuzzi was great and plenty space in the back yard. Stores, shops and beaches were within 2-5 mins of the home which was very convenient. There was only one roll of tissue for each bathroom so that went quickly. Which wasn’t a big deal since we always bring our own supplies. My kids took advantage of the smart TVs and Netflix. So they felt right at home during the moments we were at the house. Quiet neighborhood with a small kid friendly park a short distance walk away. If we are in this area again we would love to stay again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would
This house was exactly right for me and my mom. The neighborhood was amazing to walk in, and I can't say enough good things about the hot tub. There were a couple of minor issues that were rapidly addressed by the property manager. If we ever get back to FL, we are going to stay here.

Perfect Stay
I had a perfect stay at this home. Everything we needed was there for us in a quiet and comfortable surroundings. High-tech all over house makes you feel safe and secure. I enjoyed my stay here on this property. The management answered the calls promptly even though we had no problems with the home. The place was immaculate. I cant say that there was any problems with the place. Booking was easy. My boyfriends birthday was also this weekend and he says its better than a hotel stay its a piece of heaven. He also says the saying the best home away from home was here. When we come back hopefully the place will be available for us to stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your home away from home.

Nice and a wonderful experience with an issue
The house in general was nice but when we arrived and was preparing for bed, we noticed hair and other particles in one of the beds. We immediately had to wash all of the sheets throughout the house. We sent pics to the management company with no response. We're now on our way home and still no response.. leading up to the time of arrival, the response time was immaculate. Once we arrive and there is an issue, we don't hear anything. There was also ants in the master bathroom in the shower and bathroom floor. Since no response was made after the beds, I didn't bother to send another email. Other than that issue, we didn't have problems. The house is located close to a lot of restaurants and the neighborhood is quiet.

Miami Getaway
Me and my family from Argentina reunited in Miami and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. The beach is not far and it is super nice and peaceful and clean and the neighborhood is peaceful and safe. I would totally rent this house again and again. There is an Outlet Mall right there and lots of stores to shop at. It was easy to get a hold of the owners and they were very helpful for any questions or concerns.

Nice place for a quick stay
Overall, this was a very nice property, a nice neighborhood, and made for a good quick stay for several of us in town on business. It is a nice remodel, and has some nice higher end touches. The only complaints are the beds are SUPER hard and the listing said there was a washer/dryer, but there was not one at the time of our stay.

Hello Beau! I wish I knew you were looking for the washer and dryer. It’s located in the carport area. There’s a coded lock for that room. I’m sorry for the disappointment.
