Fun House !¡ Come to Relax or Have Fun ☀️

Property is ideal for family vacations as is located in a family neighborhood.

The home is comfortable for a family or big group. The house has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a comfortable kitchen island to prep your meals. The game room has access to the pool and kitchen area. Pool area is equipped with seating, bbq grill ( includes propane gas ) and the pool comfortably allows for 10 guests. Our pool is Heated, not to worry about the temperature being too cold. The driveway is design for up to 4 vehicles to park comfortable.

All rooms come with a tv, also another tv in the game room, outside by the pool area, and last the biggest tv you will find in the living room. We have all tv platform for your use including Netflix, Hulu, and Disney. You can also enjoy a vídeos game through your switch console. Plenty of games to choose from.

The house is smart you may control the lights and colors by simply saying “Alexa change the living room lights to blue (or color of choice) ”

I want everyone to enjoy their time however i cannot express enough that we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT ALL. This includes playing loud music outside; we allow for music to be played outside but at a descent volume to not disturb our neighbors, we really care about our neighbors and don't want to cause any interruptions.

Host was very easy to communicate with. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice and had a heated pool and pool table. Had to do a quick load of laundry and the laundry detergent is built in which was convenient. We were central to everything we needed to get to and the restaurant recommendations from our host was perfect. We would definitely return here next time in the area!

We had a wonderful stay last week! The property was centrally located, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The space was plenty big for our family, and we really appreciated the wide range of amenities that made our trip so comfortable. The host even left a bottle of wine, which was a lovely and unexpected touch. Highly recommend!

Nice house for a night

We stayed here for 2 nights before our cruise out of Miami. The property and neighborhood are safe, but the property is not very big. You are literally on top of neighbors on 3 sides of the house. We're from the country so that part was very undesirable, but there isn't much we can do there. That's Florida for ya. The house itself was great. Beds were comfortable. The TVs were very hard to get working. The pool was unswimmable because they had a clogged filter, and it was green. I wouldn't swim in it, but figured my 13 and 10 year old would. They would not. It was the only reason we picked this house so it was a real bummer. Kids loved playing on the pool table. Couldn't play at night though because the lighting was so poor. We didn't let these things ruin our trip. The outside patio was nice for hanging out. I wouldn't want to stay any longer than we did though. The owner was responsive and very nice, but unfortunately it was a weekend and the pool guy couldn't fix the pool until after we left. A partial refund would have been nice, but the owner didn't offer it. Overall decent place. Just would have been nice to have a working pool......

Great Rental

This was the BEST rental I have ever used on VRBO . The communication with the host from checking in to checking out was amazing. The house was fully stocked with anything you would need on your trip . Overall I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Fantastic South Florida Stay-cation!

We live about 20 minutes south of this property. I was looking for a nearby home with pool for a staycation with my family for the long weekend and this house totally fit the bill! Quick communication during booking and our stay, centrally located yet super quiet neighborhood, wonderful pool/backyard and tons to do at the house (games in the living room, a pool table, super fast internet, huge TVs, very comfy couch). It was a very fun stay!! We'd definitely stay here again.

Easy check in and check out. Busy road but convenient location. 8 of 10 for cleanliness. The house is adorable, great for a max of 8 people. Great pool and outside area (be aware the house is in a neighborhood so houses are close together). Parking for a max of 4 cars. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. I would recommend.

Lovely home and very responsive owner

Great property - we loved it for our family of 6 and two grandparents! Nice rooms, fully stocked kitchen, fun games for kids, and great pool and outdoor seating. The owner was super responsive - quickest and kindest responses of all of our VRBO stays. We had issues with the heater for the pool and she replied and acted very quickly and apologetically (it was out of both of our control!). I highly recommend this property and will come back!

Perfect house for our stay

We were in town visiting Family in Weston. This was a great central location between Weston and the beach. We all had plenty of room. The pool is beautiful. we enjoyed watching football together on the giant TV in the living room and playing pool! It really is a fun house. The kitchen was well appointed, and there were plenty of towels for showering and for the pool. We hope to be back.

Beautiful.

This place was perfect for my family vacation. The house is just as shown and has every amenity you can think about which made our stay very comfortable. The pool table and the nintendo switch among other games were hits as my kids, both youth and teen were entertained daily. The location is close to Walmart, Walgreens, Restaurants & the outlet mall. The host was very attentive with quick response time to my questions and resolved a minor issue I had sooner than I expected. She was just awesome. Will be back next year. Will recommend. Don't hesitate. Book now
