Welcome to our tastefully updated unit on the water downtown Fort Lauderdale off Las Olas! This unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master has a large bathroom with tub and rainfall shower and king sized bed. Living room and Master bedroom have smart tvs with free Hulu live. ( watch all movies and live tv ). High speed internet and fully equipped kitchen. Back porch overlooks the water. Perfect spot to relax and watch the boats go by!

Beautiful area walking distance to the beach and Las Olas. Fine dinning shopping and relaxing. This is the BEST area in south florida

Needs Work

The property was nice but it does need some work. The patio door is broken so you are not able to lock it, the wood floor in the kitchen is coming up so it constantly gets stuck in your shoe, the back side door lock is broken but luckily the neighborhood is very nice, very nice bdrms/bathrooms. There is a dock behind the house but boats are always parked there so don’t expect to use the backyard nor water activities. The property manager is kinda rude we moved our dates because of the hurricane. He said it wasn’t in that area which we didn’t know. My only issue is they should put in their contract they charge a fee for changing dates if it’s last minute no matter the circumstances. Also they only respond to you via personal text messages.
