The pool was dirty the surroundings of the pool had weeds growing up in cracks of cement cigarette butts laying around. Staff at front desk not very friendly and it states complementary shuttle to airport but then told $10 a person if before 5am and I couldn’t find anywhere on the website about this anywhere.

The room was nice and clean. The AC is noisy. You can hear train all night long. Their system was down and they did the check in process manually. While we were sleeping, someone opened our door because it was checked in to someone else while we were there. The problem was resolved, but not something you want to experience while sleeping.

I liked the location-right by Bass Pro Shop & a great restaurant. It was very safe & convenient to get Lyft & Ubers.
The hotel was clean & very well taken care of. Great shuttle service to the airport too.
Elevator was broken & the other was clunking & didn’t feel safe. There was no coffee in the lobby most of the time.
Overall, it was great & I’d stay there again!

The front lobby was very dirty and the cushions were stained.
The elevator was dirty with fingerprints on walls and debris on the floor.
A very sad, order behind the counter eating place. Could use a nice restaurant like other Marriott Hotels.

Lobby had a poor smell from something they inject through the HVAC system, room was small and some area’s of the hotel (elevator/ lobby washroom) were dirty. The food/drink prices at the hotel were ridiculously high. They obviously take advantage of the travellers who cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.
At least the staff were mostly friendly and accommodating.
