We stayed here after getting off our cruise to catch an early flight out of FLL the next morning. When we arrived, the girl at the lobby took our info and put us on a list for early check-in. We had them store our luggage and then we went to their pool for about an hour and a half. She called my phone to tell me our room was ready. -The room was spacious, with a living area (couch, stool, TV, and desk) then behind a wall was the bedroom. Big comfy bed, another TV. -The mini fridge was nice & cold. -The bathroom had nice amenities like lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Good water pressure. There is a deli on the next block over: Mr. M’s. We had delicious sandwiches and chips there. Checkout was simple. We caught their earliest shuttle to the airport (5am). Easy peasy. We would book this hotel again.

Our room was lovely. The front staff lady was nice and so was the bartender for our dinner. What was terrible, was the free shuttle service advertised. We called from the airport and waits 20 minutes for the driver which was fine. Note that the van says ‘’Four Points’ on it’s side doors so that was tricky. Next though was the driver making us wait 30-40 min inside his van. He disappeared to make several phone calls. We believe he was waiting to find other customers. Sorry, but that is not okay. He could have dropped the five people he currently had and circled back for a second round. I didn’t think it was right. I was fine with waiting 20 min and then going to drop off ‘four points’ customers, but other than that, it went beyond feeling frustrated at the delay to start our check in at Cambria.

Transportation from airport was difficult because staff on phone spoke very broken English and was quite rude.Room was supposed to be two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed.W3did have the queen beds but just a small couch and staff again rude and uncaring when questioned about saying “you booked with Expedia,they always show different accommodations then what we actually have “.

We only stayed for a quick night after a late flight, but the bed was COMFORTABLE and CLEAN and the room was QUIET, all extremely important to us. We bought breakfast in the morning and it was nothing to write home about. If we had known we would have waited to go out.

The front desk was very busy and the staff remained very professional and courteous. We were very early for check in but they kept our bags for us and said they would call when the room was ready. They had our room ready by 11AM which was awesome and very much appreciated.

I was in room 103, extremely noisy with metal gate type noise banging all night. I reserved a room 3 months in advance for 6 people. They have me two weekends and a couch that doesn't pull. Out to a bed. I asked for another room and they wouldn't give one. I asked for a rollaway bed and they don't have one. They have me 3 extra pillows and a blanket for someone to sleep on the ground. Pretty pathetic for a hotel that says they'll accommodate 6 people but then not have the room for us all to sleep. The staff was very unhelpful. The room had trash in the trash can prior to us going in, so obviously a poor cleaning job in bergen guests.

Nothing special here. Employees were not helpful. No transportation to cruise port even though it’s listed in the amenities section. Hot tub broken. Very small pool. Didn’t love it.

We're also disappointed to hear that our staff did not provide the level of assistance you deserved.
