In this craftsman-charmer 1880s home, we are proud to provide top-tier accommodations, including comfortable beds, a thoughtful layout, and a fenced-in front and back yard.  
  
The home is located one mile from downtown in the vibrant Capital Hill neighborhood of Old Town, Fort Collins. You’ll be staying two blocks from the best fine dining restaurant in town, Little on Mountain, as well as two blocks from the Fresh Foods Grocery Store. Three-quarters of a mile to the north, you’ll find the Poudre Recreation Trail.  
  
On a short walk or drive to downtown, you’ll find plenty of entertainment with restaurants, breweries, shopping, boutiques, and the Poudre Whitewater Park.  
  
Fort Collins provides a regionally central location for exploring all of Northern Colorado (and beyond!) with Denver, Boulder, and Laramie, Wyoming just an hour away. Cheyenne is only 45 minutes, and Rocky Mountain National Park, with its extensive outdoor activities and jaw-dropping beauty is just an hour and fifteen minutes.

We will send your check in details, including your door access code 24 hours before your arrival.  
  
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a text or call away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.  
  
The entire space and amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.  
  
Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask guests to please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.  
  
Commercial filming or photography is not permitted in the home on the grounds around the home.  
  
Please note that we use a noise monitoring device in the home. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels) in order to prevent parties.  
  
No Smoking   
Please do not smoke in our home. If you are going to smoke on the patio, please make sure not to leave cigarette butts anywhere but in the trash can. If we can smell cigarette smoke after you leave there will be a $500 fine. We take this very seriously.   
  
We know you love your fur babies, but we REALLY try to prevent any scratches on all the soft wood floors and trim, so please keep a close eye on your pets.  
  
Quite hours are 10p to 8a. We want to keep our neighbors happy so please keep noise down during these hours.

#### A visit to see our College Kids

We have two children attending CSU and we came to visit them with our other adult children. This home is a perfect location and so comfortable. Supplied everything we need and has two fenced in areas for hanging out with fur babies or little ones. We loved our stay here and would love to book here again.

#### Fort Collins Getaway

Amazing location and beautiful little home. Love the house charm. In a great location which was safe. It was perfect location to go explore Rocky Mountain National Park and also explore Fort Collins downtown. Our dog felt safe and secure in the home. The house is all fenced in which is great to let the dog roam free in the yard if you want.
