In this craftsman-charmer 1880s home, we are proud to provide top-tier accommodations, including comfortable beds, a thoughtful layout, and a fenced-in front and back yard. The home is located one mile from downtown in the vibrant Capital Hill neighborhood of Old Town, Fort Collins. You’ll be staying two blocks from the best fine dining restaurant in town, Little on Mountain, as well as two blocks from the Fresh Foods Grocery Store. Three-quarters of a mile to the north, you’ll find the Poudre Recreation Trail. On a short walk or drive to downtown, you’ll find plenty of entertainment with restaurants, breweries, shopping, boutiques, and the Poudre Whitewater Park. Fort Collins provides a regionally central location for exploring all of Northern Colorado (and beyond!) with Denver, Boulder, and Laramie, Wyoming just an hour away. Cheyenne is only 45 minutes, and Rocky Mountain National Park, with its extensive outdoor activities and jaw-dropping beauty is just an hour and fifteen minutes.
