« Personne pour nous accueillir à l'arrivée. Pas d'alcool dans le frigo comme demandé, mais rien d'autre non plus, pas d'eau, seulement une cruche chauffante sans tasses ni café. Les toilettes étaient bouchées, la douche fuyait et la télévision n'allait pas. Nous devions rester 2 nuits, dans ces conditions, nous avons écourté le séjour...dommage. Par contre, la literie et le petit déjeuner : très bien ainsi que la personne qui nous a reçue le lendemain. »

« Nous voulions voir Maastricht et nous y prenant tardivement cet hôtel a présenté un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Une petite bouteille d eau individuelle et une petite bouilloire avec thé et café à disposition seraient les bienvenus pour une chambre dire de luxe . Sinon tout était très bien. Personnel sympathique et très accueillant et petit déjeuner formidable. Ne pas y trouver son bonheur serait impossible tant il y a de choix. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter »
