"Our air conditioner didn’t work, and no one could fix it. And we couldn’t mover rooms because it was sold out. We were sweating for most of the time in the hotel room itself."

"not many activities, definitely think more should be added. just sat in the lazy river mostly. staff was very friendly. stayed on a very chill day during the day so not many people, however the family next door did not have control of their children (7 kids, yes 7 i know crazy). which i don’t understand why bring your kids someplace if you can’t control them? i’m talking absolute screaming for a few hrs. but anyhow no one’s fault but theirs. overall nice stay just wish there was more to do. would’ve loved a wave pool."

"I love the history of the hotel and all the photographs on the hallway walls of old Glens Falls and the surrounding area. I only wish that some of the framed photographs had information telling us where and when they were taken. My room was really beautiful and looked out on City Park. The pool was exactly the right temperature, and the hot tub was wonderful. However, next time, I'm going to ask for an accessible room, because my bathroom had the lowest toilet I've ever seen - great for kids, but not for senior citizens."

"The room was clean, and the view of the lake was gorgeous! The staff were also exceptionally kind. The restaurant food was delicious and the drinks were good as well. If we return to Lake George, we will definitely stay again! "

"When we usually stay in the Lake George area, we used to stay at the Clarion by the outlets. Over the years it has really gone downhill. So we decided to try this hotel instead and very glad we did! Check in was quick and staff was very well informed and friendly. The first thing that stood out to us was how clean, new, and updated the hotel condition was. Getting into the room was absolutely a breeze with the touch pad room key. How refreshing it was to not have to remove the room card from its envelope and insert it into the door to unlock. The room was just as immaculate and up to date as the rest of the hotel. The bathroom and shower was like a luxury hotel. The wife thought the bed was a little firm for her liking but I thought it was good. Very peacefully quiet. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and plentiful with everything you could possibly want for a good basic breakfast. Staff kept the breakfast area impeccably clean an well stocked. Although we didnt have time to use them this time,we will definitely take advantage of the more than equipped gym, pool and hot tub next time. Oh and the lobby had complimentary coffee/tea 24/7 which we thought was a nice touch. Hotel is within minutes from the outlets and attractions of the Lake George/Glens Falls/Queensbury area. Hotel is easy to get to as its right off of the Interstate 87 ramps. We will definitely be making this hotel our number one pick from now on when we visit the region. "
