« The apartment was all you could ask for... The air conditioning worked amazingly well which was great because it was very hot and humid. Anna & her husband provided us with some food and drink too which was very kind of them. The balconies and rooftop offered amazing views, especially for the holiday fireworks. This was my third stay in Forio - my family's first time in Ischia - and we would absolutely return to Anna's in the future. »

« Je viens de quitter cet hôtel, j’y suis restée pendant 4 nuits. Notre expérience a été merveilleuse. Premièrement, la localisation de l’hôtel est très centrale et, d’ailleurs, il se trouve dans un des plus beaux quartiers de Naples, alors il y a des transports à proximité, ainsi que des activités, des magasins et des restaurants à distance de marche. La vue sur la baie de Naples à partir de la terrasse ou à partir du bar est vraiment à couper le souffle. Ensuite, le personnel est très...

« Un' ottima soluzione abitativa, pulita, piccolina ma con tutte le comodità e grande sfogo esterno. La strada per arrivarci e' un pò stretta ma ci si adatta velocemente anche con una vettura medio grande. La posizione e' strategica, relativamente vicina a Ischia centro e alla splendida spiaggia di Maronti. E' la prima volta che venivamo ad Ischia, l' isola è da girare tutta, bellissima oltre ogni aspettativa. Riguardo al terremoto, abbiamo deciso di rimanere anche dopo la scossa, tg e quotidiani...

« The flat is located in a secured, well maintained building and is spacious (one large master bedroom, one double bedroom and one living room) and bright. It was very clean when we arrived and it had all necessary items for a comfortable stay for a family of four, e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, ironing board, shoe horns, umbrellas, board games for kids. "Le personnel du restaurant Oasis était au top. En revanche l’accès à la chambre dans les dépendance est un véritable parcours du combattant, volet roulant cassé, bruit de la climatisation, infiltration d’eau, chasse d’eau cassée… alors que les chambres sont sensée avoir été rénovées. On nous a changé de chambre mais volet roulant également cassé et chasse d’eau également dysfonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner très moyen. 4 étoiles s’est surévalué… "

"L’infrastructure même si vieillissant est bien. Jolie terrasse avec une très belle vue. Il y a 3 piscines et non 7, je n’appelle pas « piscine » les petits bassins à jacuzzi. Les chambres sont correctes. Absence de cafetière ou théière. Nos chambres etaient pres de la route donc reveil ave le bruit des camions poubelles pénibles. Il y a 2 restaurants et vous êtes attribués à l’un ou à l’autre. Pas de liberté pour en changer. Si vous n’êtes pas Italien vous êtes traités sans ménagement ou respect. Personel très désagréable. Pas de notion de service. Les seuls sympas sont le personnel du bar. Prendre seulement le petit dejeuner, le repas du soir est franchement très moyen, ça ne vaut pas la peine. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours et avons finis par manger à l’extérieur les deux derniers soirs. On est obligé de prendre une demi ou une bouteille de vin avec les repas. Pas de possibilité de prendre un verre…Ils ne changent pas les linges de plages (ce qui est dégoûtant) et vous confisquent votre passeport. De façon générale très décevant."
