### Marquos - Forgues - Gîte

On the border between the Gers and Haute-Garonne departments, this characterful half-timbered house is ideally located in the hillside. Tastefully furnished using natural materials (lime, earth, straw, wood, etc.), it has retained its character. The cottage is adjoining the owners' property. Parking is available in front of the cottage. There is a 100m² enclosed garden with a terrace and a ping-pong table. Hiking trails are nearby. Pets are welcome, except in the bedrooms, with an additional €100 deposit. Nearby: Located 8 km from the Tépacap Adventure Park, 14 km from the Samatan market (local products: foie gras, duck confit, etc.), 10 km from Lake Bure (fishing), and 32 km from the L'Isle-Jourdain Lake leisure center (swimming, canoeing, water ski lift, wakeboarding, beach volleyball, pétanque, etc.)! The Grands Sites of the Occitanie Region, Toulouse, and Auch are less than an hour's drive away. On the ground floor: entrance hall, bathroom with toilet (walk-in shower), living room with open kitchen. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed (160 x 200 cm)) (1 double bed (160 x 210 cm) and 1 single bed (90 x 190 cm), bathroom with toilet. Baby equipment. Internet connection is provided by a wired system (Ethernet socket), Wi-Fi on demand. Characterful half-timbered eco-lodge, tastefully furnished using natural materials and ideally located in the Coteaux de Gascogne, between Auch and Toulouse (45 minutes by car)
