"This is definitely an older hotel. It’s located between The Royal Sonesta and the London House right on the river and the River walk. It’s a short walk to Millennium Park (the Bean) and Grant Park. It’s also within easy walking distance to the either the bus lines or the train. Glad we didn’t rent a car it’s only $5 to ride any public transport all day. It’s also a straight shot from O’ Hare on the blue line. Our room was not large but it was clean and more than adequate. The staff were very helpful. The only glitch was that two of the elevators were out of service for a couple days. This made getting to and from our room an exercise in patience. So if you’re not looking for luxury accommodations but just want a clean room in a hotel with some old school character and with a great location I would highly recommend this hotel."
