I had a great time meeting Shirin at the front desk, and she was sweet, professional and well spoken. The room is perfect with fine details, but the core of the experience is the staff that works there. From Suzy in housekeeping, to the concierge and the security staff. Every moment was sublime. "I booked 3 rooms. The room was nice. But AC was not working good in one room. And the pull would not work from another room. "

"Great staff very welcoming and polite. Clean rooms but I wish they can offer a room with at least a sofa bed beside the 2 queen beds . I like it because is super convenient inside the Airport and there is dining options to eat."
