Qq soucis pour se chauffer, surtout les 1er jours le temps que l'unique radiateur électrique chauffe l'ensemble de l'appartement. Baie vitrée des années 70 qui laisse passer le froid, compensé par un épais rideau. Serrure du garage qui ne ferme plus à clef: accès libre pour qui veut l'ouvrir... Attention de ne pas laisser des objets de valeur dedans (ski chaussures... par exemple).
