Il est très bien situé (à 50 m des télécabines, à 10 m de la route principale) et donne sur une petite rue agréable et calme, où on peut faire de la luge. Très bien équipé (grille pain, plancha, machine à café, fer à repasser etc...) . Le propriétaire est disponible et très agréable. En outre, situé en plein coeur de Font-Romeu, il bénéficie de tous les accès aux commerces, services et nombreuses animations organisées par la ville qui est par ailleurs très active, sportive et offre une large gamme d'activités.
