MAGNIFICENT brand new chalet designed for 10 people, 180 m² with a 58 m² enclosed garage and outdoor parking, located in a residential area of Font Romeu, a 15-minute walk from the town center or 100 m from a free shuttle providing direct access to the gondolas and the town center.  
  
\- Ground floor: - an entrance hall with a cloakroom and a hallway - ping-pong table  
\- Bedroom 1: master suite with a double bed (140cm), bedside tables and lamps, en-suite shower room (shower, vanity unit) and WC, storage cupboards  
Upstairs: - a high-standard, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, perfect for enjoying time with friends and family, featuring bar stools and a bench (dishwasher, oven, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, electric coffee maker and Dulce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle)  
  
\- adjoining utility room: washing machine, fridge/freezer
