« Everything in the room was clean, we felt safe, the staff was very accommodating. It was close to restaurants, and water park. The pillows and bed were comfortable. They could shampoo the carpet or switch to hard floor to make an improvement, but overall the room was priced right and worked well for my family. »

« Terrible service and the room was not secureable. The ground floor window was not able to be locked and easily accessible from the outside. The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund. »

« My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms have been remodeled. Easy walk to several spots to eat and economical price for the stay! »

« The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there were a couple of hitches. There was no soap in the shower, so I had to use the bar of hand soap. Also, my key cards stopped working on the second night of my stay for some reason, but they helped to reactivate them. Breakfast was pretty decent, bed was good. Overall, pretty nice. »

« A/C was noisy, both doors had the extra chain locks missing, had to play around with the light switch above sink and mirror to get it to come on, carpet was stained and dirty, felt kinda sticky. Toilet bowl was loose and moved. Early morning kept hearing a cat out in the inside hallway. The sink faucet was very hard to pull out to turn on. »

« Un petit prix certes mais heureusement! Un hôtel de catégorie inférieure que l'on peut éviter, mais une équipe très avenante et dévouée pour peu qu'elle soit sollicitée. Donc pour l'équipe, très bien, mais encore faut-il en avoir besoin, ce qui de fait fut notre cas. »

« For an older hotel, it was clean. However, entering the room it smelled like there had been five day old Chinese takeout in the trashcan, very unpleasant. The entire room had a smell. The bed pillows were small and square like the pillows you would find on a sofa just covered in pillowcases. It was fine for the 10 hours that I was there but I will book something else next time. »
