« The place is beautiful and has plenty of of areas to hangout. The only problem I had was the shower need more pressure. »

« I travel a lot for my business. By far the free breakfast at this Choice hotel was among the worst I have ever experienced. There was limited fresh fruit. Limited fruit juices available and pastries were dry and days old. Frankly, I have had better food at the convenience store across the parking lot from the hotel. So if breakfast is important to you, don’t waste your time or money staying here. The staff was super nice and the property seemed to be newer or recently updated. »

« We spent 2 nights at the Grand Island Surestay in July and have nothing bad to say about the establishment. During our check-in, the manager noted my mother’s senior age and use of cane and immediately pointed out that our 2nd floor room would be difficult for her to reach as there is no elevator on site. She then immediately switched our room to the first floor. We truly appreciated Bonny’s proactive approach and flexibility immensely. We had a standard room w 2 queen beds which was very clean...

« The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there were a couple of hitches. There was no soap in the shower, so I had to use the bar of hand soap. Also, my key cards stopped working on the second night of my stay for some reason, but they helped to reactivate them. Breakfast was pretty decent, bed was good. Overall, pretty nice. »

« A/C was noisy, both doors had the extra chain locks missing, had to play around with the light switch above sink and mirror to get it to come on, carpet was stained and dirty, felt kinda sticky. Toilet bowl was loose and moved. Early morning kept hearing a cat out in the inside hallway. The sink faucet was very hard to pull out to turn on. »

« Un petit prix certes mais heureusement! Un hôtel de catégorie inférieure que l'on peut éviter, mais une équipe très avenante et dévouée pour peu qu'elle soit sollicitée. Donc pour l'équipe, très bien, mais encore faut-il en avoir besoin, ce qui de fait fut notre cas. »
