As a fully operational Resort with constant high occupancy and a massive regular guest’s following, we do regular upkeep/maintenance of our product in order to ensure that our guests expectations are met at all times. With regards to your comment about the blankets, all our guest rooms are serviced twice daily and our beds and linens are made in accordance to the tropical climate we are located in. We do understand that guest needs are different and do provide blankets upon request. We do apologize if your recent stay was not up to your expectation. If availability allows then we are happy to provide a late check-out however, this is not always possible. Should you wish for a guaranteed late check-out then we recommend you to book an additional night to use your room until departure. Seaplanes do operate only during daytime hours and we can assure you that you were booked on the last available flight for that day. As the transfer companies do combine the transfers, there are variances in the exact flight timings.
