A private courtyard comes complete for outdoor living and entertainment, featuring over-sized Connect4 and cornhole, dining, and lounge areas. An onsite laundry shed offers easy convenience for the whole group.

'That Place'
The full kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances, a gas range, a wine fridge, a farmhouse sink, and a Keurig coffee maker, so there will be no need to venture out for mealtimes. When you return from a full day of adventure, treat yourself to a soothing rinse in the oversized rain shower before kicking back in the living room for a movie night on the mounted flatscreen TV. Don't forget to bring the dog along as well, as a turf yard and picnic tables await outside to watch the sunset with the whole gang.

Step inside and let all of your worries slip away with the salty breeze, as the open layout, fully equipped kitchen, and themed decor make this space truly something special. Whip up tasty meals using the gas range and stainless steel appliances and enjoy meals together at the beer garden table that offers plenty of seating for everyone. The living room also boasts a bed, sofa, and flatscreen TV that will be ideal for relaxing and staying entertained.

The real magic reveals itself with bright, beachy decor throughout, ample natural light, and an efficient layout that will allow you to relax in style after a full day at the beach. Forget everything you know about studios because this gem boasts plenty of room with a queen Murphy bed, high-speed WiFi, and a flatscreen TV to keep you entertained during your stay. Plus, the fully equipped kitchen boasts custom tile, a gas range, a retro Smeg refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker to make meal prep a breeze.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
