We are amazed! In the years that we have been doing this profession, it is the first time that guests find us unprofessional.Furthermore, the review is anonymous, therefore we can't understand the writer and it and it is difficult to us to identify the guest and try to understand what might have happened to make a stay at Domus Socolatae Residenza d'Epoca Charming B&B so terrible.....However, right now we take the opportunity to explain better to the reader who we are:- the air conditioning is fully functional but it stops if guests open the windows because we have adopted a system to counter waste of energy. Massimiliano explains thas to the guests upon check-in, however if they had asked us, we right away would solvethe problem - since our municipality has inserted the optical fiber in the City, we immediately adapted our wifi system, high speed and in any case free in the whole structure and in the rooms- as for the jacuzzi in the garden, we clean it several times during the day. For this reason we ask guests to advise us and book their bathroom, in order to be able to check the clarity and cleanliness of the water. After all, it is located in open air, under the trees, and we take care to cover it in the evening for the night, if there are no requests. We also always check that the bath precedes a shower. located in the garden next to the pool itself. This is clearly written in our welcome email. However, an unfortunate fact has happened to us lately: some guests, in the evening and when we weren't present, without warning, removed the cover and took a bath. We realized this because the next morning we found the roof in bad shape and the water was very very dirty. Naturally we carried out a very thorough cleaning operation.What else to say? However, we are sorry if the guests' stay was not to their liking, we certainly were not made aware of the facts at the time of their stay, generally many things are clarified with dialogue.FriendlinessMassimiliano & Rita

Buona giornata e grazie per essere stati nostri ospiti. Ci dispiace molto che abbiate dovuto consumare la Vostra colazione in un piccolo tavolo rotondo, che però aveva vicino un ulteriore appoggio dove collocare quanto necessario per il pasto. Purtroppo per motivi di pandemia dobbiamo rispettare le distanze tra gli ospiti. Comunque a fine stagione avremo modo di aumentare gli spazi del locale creando un giardino d'inverno più capiente. In merito alle finestre della Camera Superior da Voi occupata, una si può aprire con facilità, invece quella che si affaccia sulla piazza, essendo la casa antica e la finestra molto alta, effettivamente è un po' disagevole. Grazie al Suo suggerimento abbiamo già disposto di sistemare una pedana di legno sul muro dietro alla tenda in modo da poter accedere al dispositivo della persiana in modo semplice ed accessibile a tutti. Abbiamo solo di recente riaperto quella finestra ed in fase di ristrutturazione questo aspetto ci era sfuggito. Grazie per essere stati nostri ospiti. Ci spiace del Vs commento in merico alla poca agevolabilità. Non siamo riusciti a capirne il motivo, forse per il fatto che nonabbiamo l'ascensore. Trattasi di una piccola palazzina ad un piano e mansarda, abbiamo intenzione di provvedere nel futuro. Tra l'altro nelle descrizioni da nessuna parte è riportata la presenza dell'ascensore.
