Southern Hospitality and MANY amenities waiting for you at this rental. Your home away from home is a remodeled, open concept, seasonal decorated 3-bedroom, 2 bath brick home. Approximately 1450 square feet of living space located in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and landscaped front and backyard space. Must be a minimum of 25 years old to book this home. Pet friendly for dogs 35 pounds or less; 2 dog limit. Well maintained property with large fenced in back yard safe and secure for children and pets. Security lights with motion detection for evening pet walks outside. Six guest limit. Guests will enjoy the screened in back porch. Comfortable furniture, colored patio lights, outdoor fans, and smart tv for outside entertainment. Fire pit, yard lights, gas grill and grilling utensils available. Tucked in a corner of the back porch guests are welcome to use the beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach toys that are provided. Short term renting opportunity with weekly, monthly discounts. Snowbirds are welcome for visits longer than a month with reduced rates. This home is the "hub" to everything, anywhere you’ll want to experience in this area. Property is a few blocks away from beautiful Heritage Park, Foley Welcome Center, and Historical Railroad Museum; all within walking distance or short bike ride to the vibrant downtown area. Foley Soccer Complex, baseball fields, Cedar Park and local dog parks are only minutes from this home. OWA water and amusement park, Foley Event Center ten minutes away; Gulf Shores 25 minutes; easy drive, excellent roads and signage. Visit the Train Depot, Medical Museum, Tanger mall, Yabba's candy/ice cream shop, many family owned and operated restaurants. Bring a bike and enjoy the short ride to Heritage Park and other bike trails our community has to offer. Not far from Alabama State Park bike trails. If a soccer, baseball, softball, volleyball, track or archery tournament brings you to the Foley area, this home is near all these venues. Many events take place at the Foley Event Center, Sportsplex, Cedar Park, OWA, Graham Creek. Visit Foley's OWA park, a family fun amusement, water and entertainment center with a variety of restaurants and shops; a short 5.9-mile drive. Little did I know this house was 3 mins away from them. We absolutely enjoyed this house. The back porch was amazing and probably a family favorite. We also used the fireplace outside one night to make S'more's. It had a great amount of space for 4 adults and my 5 month old grandson. I would 100% book this house again. Any questions we had the host answered in a timely manner. When a storm came through we were notified of where the safest place was to take shelter if needed. She offered us the use of baby items she had but we didn’t use hers as we traveled 2 days and because of that brought our own. To me she was very accommodating. ##### Elizabeth R. The home is close to the Foley Beach Express, so we could avoid the holiday traffic and visit the beach easily. We loved our stay and hope to stay there, again! ##### Kate A. We visited for a volleyball tournament and it was the holiday season. We were welcomed by Christmas lights and seasonal decor in each room to make everyone feel special. The yard was fenced and well taken care of, along with a perfect screened porch. There were amenities for beach visits and a grill as well . it was a very enjoyable stay and we hope to visit again. The homeowner communicated with us through the process and the entire stay, they assisted us with information that we were seeking. The house was actually very charming and was just as described, " A home away from home" with anything and everything that you would need during your stay, plus more. We traveled with pets, the enclosed privacy fence was a plus and the back screened in porch was very nice. Would definitely stay here in again in the future. This house was perfect for us. House was spacious, very well equipped and spotless when we arrived. It’s in a great location, just a short drive to the beach. The three bedroom, two bathrooms home is a legacy of the owner's Mom. Well maintained and attractively decorated. Very well equipped kitchen. Our dog loves the fully fenced backyard. The sheets were awesome and so appreciated. It was Comfie! all the little extras were such a plus. We were able to host a couple families we had a taco bar and used the crockpot that was appreciated the little things that a lot of hosts do not think about i.e. DUSB hub by the bedside team. Nice not to dig away and look for a plug! Beautiful back porch. In the house was decorated for Easter from the yard ornaments to the house was precious. Felt very welcome. The house was decorated beautifully for the holiday. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need while staying there. Beds were very comfortable. The doggies loved the gated back yard, and it was also big enough the kids went outside to play football. Having the grill and firepit were a bonus. The home was spotless and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The fall home decor was beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Next time my family and I visit the Foley/Gulfshores area, this will be our number 1 home. The owner was great and the house was very clean and had anything we needed. The fenced in backyard and sitting area was great since we had two little dogs with us. Very pet friendly which was great.
