This 4bed/2bath waterfront cottage offers stunning main lake views with dockable calm cove access on Toledo Bend Lake. Located only minutes from the sandy beaches of Pleasure Point Park and South Toledo Bend State Park. Bedrooms have queen size beds for a comfortable night's rest. Enjoy the large patio, outdoor grills, fire pit, and lighted path down to the dock for night fishing. Cove is ideal fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Tons of wildlife can be seen around the property, including squirrels, geese, turtles, and occasionally bald eagles. Boaters can launch at Pleasure Point Park which is approx 2 mins away and dock at our house. We fished off the dock both morning and evening…just caught as soon as you’d drop your worm in! Mostly small bream and catfish but, it fit the bill for these ole cane pole folks! I relived plenty of lil girl memories. Don’t miss this one! It’s a great lake stay, the cove is perfect to bring your boat into! And the front porch gave us the most magical sunsets!
