Tired property. Very slow check in. You must take a number for a machine. You pick either normal check on or express. Nobody knows which one to pick. A lot of people took both. We stay 7 days, we have to exchange 2 times the baby stroller ( the 3rd was complete and worked the way it should). Beach was excellent, the best part of the property. Unnecessary hustle for beach towel ( you must pick them up at one location only, why you don put them in your room, ping pong sets the same, ping pong table beside an indoor swimming pool complex, very warm and humid, reservation to play pool when nobody was there (?), improper light for the dirty pool table, you have them in your back so you make shade on the game, not all the restaurants open the same day at the same time, gluten free bread in the morning only, bathroom lights inappropriate ( they are on the right side, so you have shade in your left side for shaving, bathroom sink faucet too big (I think it is a kitchen faucet) you cannot wash your face because it is on your way while bending, outlet inside down the night table. You must kneel to plug your phone, 4 hangers only, ants crossing in the balconies, in front on my balcony was a light for a water fixture that hit me in the eyes, so no balcony enjoyment at night, etc.
