Pretty good location if you are travelling onwards as good connections to Belize, Guatemala city, etc. too. Room is of a decent standard and has good a/c, tv and plenty of power points. No hot water or plug on the sink so having a shave was a bit of a challenge but other than that met all expectations. No fridge and no safe (in room) available for anything either but hotel did feel fairly secure. The food in their restaurant was totally amazing. We had no desire to go elsewhere after our 4 day stay. The laundry service was helpful and location was good, close to a bank, travel agent and entrance to Flores. There was a fruit market close as well and not far from Mall. L’hôtel est située à quelques minutes de marche du pont vous menant à Flores (vous pouvez prendre également un Tuc-tuc). Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de tester les repas de l’hotel. Nous avons juste pris un verre au bar de l’hotel (bien plus cher qu’en ville). Au niveau des services proposés par l’hôtel pour les visitites ou la réservation de shuttle, nous avons été déçu. Soit le prix est 50% plus cher qu’en ville, soit le personnel n’en se donne même pas la peine de vous renseigner. Room was okay, though a bit tight. Closet was open shelving, no door. Bathroom was roomy. Staff was nice and helpful, though wouldn't deal with someone smoking in the covered eating area. Ugh.
