Florence National Cemetery Tours and Activities

This is a budget hotel mainly for saving money and having a place to sleep, which I already expected. There were three insects in the room, which surprisingly wasn’t the main issue since they looked almost dead. The room didn’t smell musty, which was a positive. The staff was great—very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. However, the area around the hotel felt a bit sketchy, and I didn’t feel safe. Because of that, I wouldn’t stay there again.

Room was not clean upon check. I was giving another which was not even suppose to be used due to maintenance issues. *I eventually, asked for fresh linens and fresh towels, bags for the trash cans and cleaned the room myself. 8 people checking in had similar complaints. Front desk contacted manager, Heather B. Who agreed to give me the next day's stay as complimentary.
