Es war wunderschön, morgens mit Blick auf den Dom zu erwachen, so viele Attraktionen in bequemer Laufnähe zu haben und trotzdem ganz ruhig zu wohnen. Vom Balkon aus konnten wir abends den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Da die Vermieterin über WhatsApp immer zu erreichen ist und alle wichtigen Infos geschickt und Fragen sofort beantwortet hat, waren Check-in und Check-out problemlos. Sogar eine kühle Flasche Wein stand für uns bereit. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, weil Florenz so unendlich viel zu bieten hat. ##### Nina B. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and the view. It was a great place to sit in the morning for coffee and with a glass of wine in the evening. Also, Rosie gave us lots of information on things to do and about Florence. It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend. The apartment is charming, well-appointed and in a great location, close to all major attractions. Rosy is the best host I’ve ever encountered. She is an absolutely lovely person. Her communication is incredible. She provided great recommendations, helped arrange transportation to the airport, and promptly answered my barrage of questions. There are several flights of stairs to take, but that was not a big issue for us, and it provides an INCREDIBLE view! Washing machine was very handy. My wife and I truly cannot say enough good things about Rosy and about this property. Rosy was a wonderful host. She provided extremely clear and easy instructions. She equipped us with a wealth of recommendations, and she went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was excellent. The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful and has views of the city that are just unmatched. We were never more than a 20 minute walk from every restaurant, museum, etc. that we were interested in seeing. We felt very safe and experienced no issues. She always responded in a timely manner to all of our questions and was helpful many ways. Casa Colonna is in a great location. Near to all the attractions but in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from local restaurants and away from tourists. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We could see the Duomo from our balcony. The apartment was beautiful with large doors leading to the balcony. The 3 plus flights of stairs were tiring after a full day exploring Florence but the view was well worth it! The apartment was cozy with a small living space - perfect for 2 people. It was conveniently located within walking distance of everything we decided to do. The train station was about a 23 minute walk which was a bit difficult on the cobbled sidewalks with our luggage. The view of the duomo and other towers is lovely. We appreciate having a washing machine since we had been traveling through Tuscany for ten days.
