The rep who met us was accommodating and helpful. The only complaint we had was that the property has a damp issue that they attempt to mask with a scent that 2 of us are sensitive to. They readily removed the scent and thus the smell of damp became apparent. Sneezing either way, but there's only so much that can be done with ancient properties. ##### Linda M. This property was a very welcome refuge from the crowds. It is sumptuously decorated and the most comfortable property we stayed in during our trip to Italy. There is plenty of room for privacy or to gather together. Conveniences like washer/dryer, stocked espresso maker, fluffy towels and bedding were wonderful.
