College graduation trip
Wheather was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small, but nice. Walls of the room were thin, could hear noises from the street.

Lovely quirky hotel 5 mins walk from Duomo

Would stay here again!
Hotel was 7 minute walk to the Accademia and the Duomo. A couple cafes nearby. Had heat, which was great since we stayed in October! We had our own bathroom which was newly renovated and had hot water. Only complaint was weak wifi. Bed was comfortable!

Very welcoming
Welcomed upon arrival like we were family. Owner was present and very genuine. We were able to leave our bags on premises on final day as we needed to check out at 10am and didn't leave city til 3pm. We had 4 adults in our room, which was spacious. Location was not too bad regarding city centre, but still be prepared to walk.

I booked this hotel and it had been overbooked. I ended up staying in the square down the road (great location. I stayed in the owners personal apartment. Thank you to the owner for putting me up in a different place and much better location.

We had some difficulty communicating with the host because she doesn't really speak English. However, it is very dimly lit. The corridor that led to our room was very dark and narrow. We had to go to the corridor to use the wifi cause there was no connection in the room. However, the room was really big and it was fairly clean and breakfast in a basket was provided every morning.

ATMOSPHERIC AND INVITING PLACE TO STAY
This place is near where I needed to be in Florence and had a/c which was my main concern in the heat. It is a value hotel and I've stayed in fancier places more often than not, but it's quirky charm was very appealing and the room was clean with the sheets and pillows spotlessly white. When I was there, although the hotel was open and we could go in to the reception area, we had to phone a number for the receptionist to be alerted that she needed to be there now. She arrived nearly 15 minutes later by motorbike which was not an experience I would have expected, but caused me no great grief nor invonvenience. The lady, the daughter-in-law of the owner, was very pleasant and any displeasure we might have felt was quickly dispelled by her charming and genuine welcome. I paid only £90 or so for two nights in a double room with en suite facilities and which included breakfast. I cannot comment on the food as I had to go out and did not need to try it. I personally enjoyed my two nights there immensely and - given how pricey Florence can be - thought the overall experience as greatly enhanced by the quaint features and sheer good value.

Duomoから近いお洒落なホテル
管理人のマッシーモさんはとても気さくな方でした。急な延泊を申し出たところ、部屋を変えてまで対応してくれてありがたかったです。 本当に不便なく泊まれましたが、あえて悪いところを指摘すると暖房がたまに寒くなること。部屋でぬくぬくするという感じではありません。また、駅からは遠いです。Duomoのすぐ近くにあるので観光帰りにはバッチリです。

Vielversprechende, aber mangelhafte Pension
Viele Versprechungen, doch wird sehr viel nicht eingehalten. z.B. nur 1x halbes Frühstück, von gebuchten 3 Uebernachtungen mit Frühstück, keine Reception (nur telefonisch erreichbar), kein mehrsprachiges Personal. Zimmerausstattung: kein Haartrockner, keine Bademäntel, keine Kosmetikartikel, nicht schallisoliert! Zudem befindet sich über dem Bett ein Durchlauferhitzer für das Haus, was heisst, wenn jemand Warmwasser bezieht, dann ist's mit schlafen fertig. Die viel beworbenen italienischen Bettbezüge von Frette waren auch noch von Wanzen bewohnt und somit die Gäste mit entsprechenden Bissen. Diese Pension ist NICHT zu empfehlen. Da wir auf unsere Frühstücke verzichten mussten, erwarten wir eine Rückerstattung der im voraus bezahlten Kosten.

Disgusting place
I don't consider myself as a touchy person, nevertheless this hotel is dreadful. I think the best way to explain what is wrong with this place is by making a list: -No one welcomes you at your arrival, you have to guess that you have to call them to an emergency number and someone will appear 15/20 min later. Not even an email with instructions. -The room wasn't ready at the stablished time. -They tried to charge us the wifi even though they announced as free -The room was falling into pieces, worse maintenance ever -The bathroom door didn't completely closed, it was attached by velcro piece -The breakfast isn't real breakfast, just prepackaged cheap stuff -All along our stay we had the impression that we could get extra charges (signs all over the place with warnings). -Bed sheets and towels were never changed and they were quite dirty when we got there. The most unbearable thing of them all is that the hotel is extremely DIRTY. Go anywhere else but here PLEASE AVOID IT!!

In het Italiaanse verbouwde huis werden we ontvangen door een medewerkster die geen woord Engels sprak, wat de nodige problemen gaf. De ruime driepersoonskamer (we hadden een tweepersoon geboekt en betaald!) was voorzien van een kitchenette en een gedeeltelijk gerenoveerde badkamer. De kamer stond vol met origineel Italiaans meubilair waarvan de afmetingen wel wat kleiner mochten zijn. Voor de gasten is er gratis een licht ontbijtje beschikbaar bestaande uit koffie/thee, koekjes en appelsap. Een prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor een onderkomen vlakbij het centrum.

L'hotel ha una buona posizione, si trova in centro. La camera che mi era stata data era spaziosa, ma putroppo il bagno era sporco (peli dentro e fuori il WC), inoltre la porta che separava la strada dalle camere si apriva da fuori senza chiave. La serratura della camera era un semplice chiavistello, ed io viaggiando da sola, avevo l'impressione di non essere per niente al sicuro, dato che al ricevimento durante la notte non c'è nessuno. Inoltre ho acceso il termosifone elettrico in camera, ma anche dopo molte ore, la camera era sempre fredda.

チェントラーレの駅から5分位の立地で場所もわかりやすく大変便利です。部屋はシンプルですが古い造りのものです。一泊もしくは翌朝早く出かけるような場合であればオススメです。ビジネス用には良いと思いますが旅を楽しむ観光用としては少々寂しい感じになってしまうかもしれません。

Zimmer mit Bad, sauber, sehr familiär, nur wenige Zimmer, "Frühstück"= Selbstbedienung einer alten Kaffeemaschine + Dauergebäck, Trinkwasser in Flaschen, Orangensaft-Packerl gratis, Bad sauber mit genügend Handtüchern, Ausstattung insgesamt sehhr veraltet, aber alles funktioniert. Umgebung ist ganz toll, ich habe alles besichtigt ohne ein Verkehrsmittel zu benötigen. Preis-Leistung sehr gut!

A localização é muito boa, mas não compensa a falta de limpeza do quarto. Banheiro pequeno, espaço de banho (ducha) super apertado, além do esgoto não dar vazão (a água do banho ficava represada). Chão do quanto sujo, móveis com muita poeira e louças disponíveis sujas.

Geweldige locatie en prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding
Leuk klein hotel, midden in het centrum en zeer goedkoop. De kamers zijn meer appartementen dan hotelkamers: groot en met een kitchenette met een wasbak, borden en glazen en een koelkastje. Ook is er geen centraal ontbijt zoals je bij een hotel of b&b zou verwachten: je krijgt iedere dag een mandje voor de volgende dag op de kamer waar voorverpakte croissants en cakejes in zitten, en twee espressocups die je kunt gebruiken voor de espressomachine in de gang, prima wat ons betreft. Iedere ochtend komt er een kamermeisje om o.a. de kamer schoon te maken en je handdoeken te verversen. De airconditioning werkte goed, wat met de hitte erg prettig was. Minpuntjes waren dat de Wi-Fi slecht bereik had in de kamer (wat we niet heel erg vonden aangezien we bij het boeken hadden gezien dat er helemaal geen Wi-Fi zou zijn) en dat er een flinke laag stof onder het bed en de kast lag. Al met al zeker een aanrader als je geen hotelfaciliteiten verwacht en goedkoop in het centrum wilt zitten!

Увидев вывеску с названием "отеля",мы зашли в обычный подъезд,где висел телефон и объявление, что если нужен номер,позвонить.Голос на другом конце провода сказал ждать.Спустя 10мин в подъезд вошла старая фамильярная дама с перегаром и псом,говорившая только на итальянском.Жестами она указала на дверь и открыла ее.Взяв оплату,она показала,где оставить ключи и удалилась. С трудом нам удалось получить ответ,что выселение до 10(!) утра.Номер был грязный,странный и напоминал барахолку:статуи,репродукция "Тайной вечери",древние кухонные шкафы над кроватью,дыра в стене,прикрытая игрушечными зайцами, светильник,накрытый вязаной салфеткой.Стул обклеен вырезками из журнала,по периметру комнаты-облупившиеся рыжие зеркала, на них наклеены бумажные цветы,бабочки и животные.Отдельное внимание привлек один шкаф-внутри оказались кухонные принадлежности, включая электрогорелку и битые кастрюли.Мы извлекли стаканы,однако из-за своей древности они не годились:зеленая краска облупилась и сыпалась внутрь.Пришлось пользоваться банками из-под Нутеллы,кот. также предлагались как посуда.К боковой стене шкафа прибита большая деревянная буква Л,кот. оказалась ножкой раскладного стола.Окно на высоте более двух метров(выглянуть нельзя).Душевая кабинка разделена шторкой,по одну сторону-сам душ,по другую-унитаз, прямо в кабинке!Сток воды под унитазом.Кнопка смыва-в душевой половине.Завтрак:сок,таблетка кофе, который нужно сварить самостоятельно,круассан и бисквит-все.Комнату для проживания не рекомендую.

Molta disorganizzazione all'accoglienza. Letto sfatto nella camera assegnata, che non era stata pulita dopo il precedente utilizzo. A/C non funzionante nella seconda camera offerta. abbiamo dovuto attendere arrivo cameriera per pulizia e ripristino in ordine della camera. difficoltà con le chiavi per le porte, infine il bagno assegnato perdeva acqua. Il personal ha solo compensato con cortesia alla massima disorganizzazione.

독특한 호텔입니다. 호텔이라고 말하기는 조금 어려울 수도 았지만.. 과거로 돌아온 느낌이었달까요..모던한 분위기에 익숙한 사람들이라면 그리고 모던한 느낌을 좋아하는 분이라면 피하시는게 좋을 것 같습니다. 하지만 위치도 괜찮고 직원도 친절합니다. 독특함을 느끼며 왠지 과거 현지인들은 이런 호텔에서 묵었을 것 같은 느낌을 위해서라면 가셔도 좋습니다. 전 두번 가고 싶지는 않네요.

Nette Pension in der Nähe des Doms.
Erster Eindruck der Strasse und von aussen war nicht so toll. Aber die Inneneinrichtung und die Zimmer sind sehr schön, sauberes Bad und Bettwäsche. Die Einrichtung ist funktional und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Eintreffen mussten wir über ein Tel. im Flur die Rezeptionistin (ältere Frau, die nur Italienisch sprach) anrufen. Sie war in 5 Min. vor Ort. und sehr nett. Das Einchecken hat prima (Verständigung mit Zeichensprache :-)) geklappt. Unser "Frühstück" für morgen stand schon auf dem Tisch: 2 Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine, 2 Trinktütchen mit Fruchtsaft, 2 eingeschweisste Croissants, 2 verpackte Kuchenstückchen! Das Bad, Dusche und die Handtücher waren sauber, der Abfluss tropfte aber. Am 3. Tag fiel das Waschbecken von der Wand, was aber am anderen Tag nach Reklamation gleich repariert wurde. Das ganze Personal und die Inhaberin waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Empfehlenswerte Zimmer im 1. OG: Camera 2 - für 3 Leute, etwas kleiner aber neueres Bad und Küche im Schrank, Camera 3 - für 3 Leute, grösser mit Tisch und kleiner Küche, rustikaler, auch das Bad Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Доброжелательный персонал (а именно Фердинанда), аутентичность отеля и внутренного романтического дворика для нашей комнаты и поражает и вызывает удивление-смешанные чувства, вобщем. Сам номер интересно оформлен-мы долго его разглядывали. Приятно провели время, учитывая, что мы были в свадебном путешествии после серебряной свадьбы, этот номер именно во Флоренции подходил нам как нельзя кстати.

уютный отель недалеко от центра
Выбирали отель недорого и недалеко от центра, не ошиблись. Отель нашли по адресу, вывеска не сразу видна, однако приятно удивила доброжелательная домашняя обстановка и лифт. Небольшой уютный номер с балконом, улица не особо шумная, утреннему сну не мешает. В минуте от отеля пицерия и уютная кофейня. Можно прогуляться до каналов Навильи минут 10-15 пешком. утром - романтично, вечером интересно: много кафе и молодежи, счастливый час в ресторанах и барах с 18 до 22, экономично и вкусно.До центра 15 минут пешком, ходили с удовольствием, есть и общественный транспорт, его так и не освоили, пешком в октябре приятно прогуляться.Рекомендую этот отель.
