There is a bar on the corner which gets a lot of late night traffic and that did keep us up late, even with closing the window. It does say top on the listing but there are many, many stairs. Note that there are many stairs and a narrow stairwell to reach the unit with no elevator. This definitely made transporting our luggage a bit challenging. Otherwise, we had good help carrying our luggage up with flexibility around check-in time.
