The property is located in Borgo San Jacopo on the top floor of a modern building with a lift. The house consists of a living room with sofa and dining area, a double bedroom, kitchen, walk-in closet and a complete bathroom with shower and bidet. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people being equipped with a queen bed and a sofa bed. This was our first bad experience during our two week stay in Italy. While the location is great, the AC barely worked so we had to open the windows to cool down at night - which meant both of us got covered in mosquito bites. There was absolutely NO water in morning and evening hours (sink or shower). I reported the issue to the host, they gave me a WhatsApp number to contact. I received no response to my messages even though the app showed the person read them. I see another review for this property mention that this is an ongoing issue. There are ongoing water problems that are occurring on the street that we were not informed about in advance, and are not mentioned in the listing. We were surprised to discover that there was no water in the apartment when we arrived, so it was impossible to wash after our travel day. We mentioned it to the host and he told us to report it to the company handyman, and only then did we find out it was a recurring issue. Additionally, the aircon doesn’t work well and woke us up in the middle of the night with incredibly loud banging so we just turned it off for the rest of the trip. ##### Kaitlyn N.
