Andrea was a great host . He greeted us when we arrived and suggested many great places to visit. Firenze is a very walkable city. It is both beautiful and charming . Beautiful places to visit and great restaurants .

Our host, Luca, was absolutely outstanding!! He was thoughtful, attentive and helpful. He provided us a tour of the property, including the rooftop terrace. From the vantage point of the roof, he explained the rich history of each of the nearby buildings. And he also took the time to show us all the points of interest on a map he provided, even examining it further by use of his computer. What an incredible man! Very enthusiastic about the beautiful city of Florence!! Thank you for all you did to assist my family Luca!!

A perfect location a walk from the train station or any sightseeing landmarks. We stayed in a large room with high ceilings. The weather was unexpectedly warm for the midApril, and the hotel turned on the AC for us. Just a reminder for US travelers: bring you shampoo and conditioner, conditioner specifically: it does not seem to be common to use and or suuply at the hotels

Good property close to piazza.
We selected property close to the piazza. It’s very old property but excellently remodeled . Located very close to piazza. Morning breakfast was great with lots of quality choices for everyone. The only issue was - the bathroom smelled throughout our stay and as such we had to leave bathroom window slightly open.

Spacious for Italy, staff were all very helpful and courteous. Checked in after hours and was aware that it might be difficult to find, but once we got to the correct door, all was easy to navigate.

I liked the location. Andrea at front desk was nice and friendly when we checked in. First issue: The bathroom was dirty when we got the room (With traces of poop) that was terrible. Then my eye glasses disappeared. I am sure I left them in the room. We left, the room got cleaned and I never found my glasses when we came back.

Was the perfect place to stay. Worked wonderfully for three people. The outdoor space was AMAZING. The outdoor space made me wish that I had stayed here longer. The staff was incredibly kind. Would absolutely recommend.

It was very hard to find the entrance to the property. I ended up calling their office and thankfully the front desk was very nice and helped us find the entrance. When we were leaving there was a group of people also trying to find the hotel and I had to show them where to go to check in. The hotel did the best they could with several signs but I think in that moment you are so overwhelmed you can’t think. The facility is great and has amazing history. Was a lovely place to stay otherwise

Outstanding location, just around the corner from Duomo. Almost impossible to find, as this place has no sign outside and no receptionist after 7:30pm. We arrived 8:30pm and was real hassle!! they left key in front desk - worst looking lobby too! Parking was also far but valet can bring to hotel. Great breakfast and friendly staff once they showed up in the morning.

This was literally the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We were diverted from the original hotel from an issue they had and they put us up in Deco Hotel. A complete disaster of a hotel.

Amazing property. The accommodation for a duplex was huge and included an upstairs loft space my daughter loved. Lots of room to spread out. Great breakfast downstairs. View of the Duomo from our room. The location was prime. Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone.

A little strange reception times - hardly saw anyone working there but once in was all good. The room had a musty smell but was clean. Great location and walking distance to everything.

The AC did not work properly - coolish but not really traditional AC. Rain head in shower did not work Lights on rooftop terrace did not work- but is a must see! Beautiful Room stunk like meat and took a long time to get to sleep due to smell and heat

We had comfortable stay at Residenza Di Epoca. Andrea in the reception/lobby was very friendly and helpful by providing suggestions for restaurants around the area. Our hotel accommodations were very basic nothing luxurious but the room was very clean and good enough to have a restful night after a long day of walking and sightseeing in Florence. I highly recommend that you eat at the San Lorenzo Market which is 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Funky over all. Very difficult to locate. No one at reception although there was a key left for me in an envelope. Personnel on phone at hotel ( not at this location) was helpful describing where to find it . Once we finally got to the room the bed was comfortable.

Although the location for this apartment was great, the check in process was very inconvenient. Even though we reached around 6pm, had to struggle finding the right building (seems there are two buildings #6), and then had to call multiple times to get hold of someone over phone. That didn’t help but luckily met another couple who struggled with check in the previous day and were able to help us out. We drove to Florence and as per info on website, planned to do valet parking but then there was no one at reception to do that. Even for the check out, we were offered to have our car at the hotel but then even that didn’t happen. Luckily, the garage where we parked was close and traveling light helped too.

We had a family suite which accomodated 5 ppl. It was a large room with a loft; very clean and spacious. Great location and walking distance from the train station. The place partnered with a garage who offered valet parking for a fee. Great value for the money. One thing that could be better is the 1st floor entrance lobby which was not appealing.
