The property was fine the staff was friendly. For the money I expected a little more. The couch in my room was uncomfortable and in the lobby area. I told the front desk my phone wasn’t working because it had no cord, no one ever came to fix it. Lighting was dark. The hotel was “fine” nothing exceptional.

Hyatt Place was an enjoyable two night stay. It was clean, comfortable, and roomy. The breakfast was yummy. It was a restful stay for our trip to The Ark Adventure and the Creation Museum.

Not clean and updated like othe Hyatts I have stayed at. There was a smeared red substance on the wall by the dresser. Room had an odd smell. Just overall grungy feeling. Also, the shower in the handicap rooms is unsafe. The water runs to the middle of the floor where the drain is. It is a slip hazzard for getting to the toilet after someone has showered.

Nice big clean rooms. Pool was decently big, just a little cold. Breakfast was pretty awful unfortunately, that was our only complaint. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel stay.

We chose Hyatt place because we were hoping for a better than average breakfast and because we wanted to be within walking distance to I guess I have Tesla chargers and we weren't disappointed. They had almond milk for those who care and French toast.

Very attentive to customer service.
Arrived at about 2 am with our family of three children. Something was wrong with the computer system so our room keys could not be made. The night manager took us up to our room himself and we found our keys put under door in the morning for us. It seemed that they really cared to treat us right after a long night drive. Breakfast was wonderful as well. All in all great quality stay for the price.
