### Guelfi loft in a historic palace

The apartment is located on the first floor with lift (to access the lift you have to climb 6 steps) and welcomes you in a large and bright open space with equipped kitchen and living / TV area with sofa bed. On the mezzanine we find the double bedroom, the bathroom with shower and a spacious walk-in closet.  
  
The apartment can accommodate up to four adults and is ideal for singles, couples and families with children.  
  
At your disposal:  
  
WIFI Internet, TV, Bed linen and towels, Equipped kitchen, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Bathroom with shower, Hair dryer, Coffee maker, Toaster, Iron and ironing board.
