    Comprising: 2 large bedrooms with 1 double and the other with 3 single beds, one of which can become a double bed (see photo), 1 living room with double sofa/bed and dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, 2 terraces, 2 parking spaces, WiFi, heating, A/C, TV.
    450 meters from the T1.3 Tramway, which arrives in the historic center of Florence in the SMN station area in 12 minutes.
    From the airport we recommend taking a taxi, which will take you to the apartment in 10 minutes.

Wonderful apartment just outside of the city!

My stay here was wonderful. We were four college students staying for a few nights, and we were more than comfortable. Everything was very spacious and clean, and the washing machine was very convenient to have. It is quite a bit far from the main Florence attractions, so just make sure you research and understand the tram/bus system. Also, the locks on the doors were a little complicated to figure out. Other than that, the host was delightful and considerate, and the place was excellent! So happy with our stay.
