La ragazza dell'accoglienza è stata molto carina. L'appartamento al di sotto delle aspettative: situato al nono piano senza aria condizionata e con un piccolo ventilatore. Serranda rotta e con le alte temperature non lo consiglio. Prezzo troppo alto. La posizione comoda per raggiungere l'ippodromo e 20 minuti dal centro. Non ci tornerei.

Camera Deluxe, vista città: Ci ha accolti una persona che non parlava italiano e non ne capiva una parola. Le ho detto come mai non funzionava il condizionatore e mi ha portato un ventilatore portatile (mah!). Il materasso era scomodo e fuori misura: rete matrimoniale e materasso 1piazza e mezza (altro che letto king!!!). La macchinetta del caffè era sporca ed appiccicosa. Le rifiniture erano davvero scadenti. In bagno c'era solo un dispenser con un sapone liquido (no shampoo no bagnoschiuma). No vasca idromassaggio-no vasca (come indicato nella descrizione). C'era una doccia con box rotto arrangiata con una tenda da doccia (decisamente antigienica) che non rispecchia sicuramente le foto in descrizione. Non è affatto nei pressi di piazza della Signoria, occorre prendere il tram ma per fortuna la fermata è vicina (infatti giorno e notte si sente il rumore delle rotaie e le finestre sono vecchie ed affatto insonorizzate). Prezzo pagato assolutamente non adeguato Esperienza pessima.

Comunicazione con i gestori, molto veloce ed efficiente. La camera è bruttina, condizionare rotto (e faceva davvero caldo), letto scomodissimo con materasso duro, piccolo e che s'incurva verso l'interno. Bagno minamale. Ottima la posizione per la Visarno Arena e comoda per prendere la tranvia che porta in centro. Il rapporto qualità prezzo, per essere a Firenze, è corretto però non vedevamo l'ora che di andarcene.

ok to stay but not recommended: - Bed kept making noise and almost felt apart (fortunately it did not during my stay) - Half shower door missing and the floor was all wet after shower - Room was not well clean, shaved hair and glass fragment found in the shower - The room was in a residential building. The neighborhood is not very suitable for tourist we need to rely on tram to get to the city, but having a large supermarket close by is a plus side

La atención con Barbara que nos recibió y se desvivió por todo tipo de atenciones excelente!!! Buena relación precio calidad. Cama amplia nueva y muy muy cómoda, buenas almohadas también. Baño amplio con ducha fantástica. Muy buen ubicado y comunicado entre aeropuerto y centro histórico. Dinero bien pagado 10/10
