A characteristic and comfortable location in the heart of Florence's luxury shopping district: exposed wooden beams, parquet floors, plenty of space and comforts... all in one apartment!

This apartment is located on the third floor with elevator (very rare feature in downtown Florence!) of a building of the year 500 on Via della Vigna Nuova, a fantastic area of Florence, very close to Piazza Duomo, Via Tornabuoni and Piazza Repubblica.

The whole place was completely renovated in November 2014, fully redecorated combining Tuscan tradition and modern style and comforts. Exposed wooden beams and parquet floors throughout create a warm and welcoming feel in every room.

This apartment can accommodate up to eight people with three double bedrooms, a sofa bed with two single beds and two full bathrooms with shower.

This marvelous apartment is a fantastic choice for a family or a group of friends who wish to spend a pleasant time in a comfortable and characteristic location, exceptionally well located and close to the most beautiful shopping streets, museums and monuments Florence has to offer such as Via Tornabuoni, Santa Maria Novella, Piaza Repubblica, Ponte Vecchio, the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery.

Great location with room to spread out

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and found it to be a great base for exploring Florence. The location is fantastic—within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The host was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and helpful, which made our experience even better.The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One feature we especially appreciated was the layout of the bedrooms, which are nicely spaced out. This allowed our family, including two teenagers, to each have our own area to retreat and relax—a huge bonus when traveling as a group.That said, we did find the apartment a bit lacking in natural light, which made the space feel less cozy than we had hoped. The daylight bulbs in the lamps provided adequate brightness but didn’t create a particularly relaxing atmosphere for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. However, this could easily be solved with a switch to warmer, softer lightbulbs to enhance the ambiance.Overall, we’d recommend this apartment for its unbeatable location, thoughtful layout, and warm hospitality, but it may not be ideal for those who value a lot of natural light or a more calming atmosphere in the evenings.

The apartment was great- perfect for four ladies traveling together. The only problem was the odor as you entered the building. It smelled like sewage and the odor got stronger each day. By the last day of the visit the smell started to enter the apartment

Solid apartment in great location

Great apartment in an excellent location. Good communication with the owners before and during arrival. It seems a bit complicated, but they give you detailed instructions - just pay attention and folllow them and you'll be fine. Comfortable beds, great AC, and recently remodeled. The only negative was that you have to be careful how you use the shower in the master as it can leak onto the bathroom floor if you don't have the spray situated just right. We luckily noticed it quickly as one of us was shaving as another showered, so it wasn't a big deal, but it really is something that needs to be fixed for future guests. (It will leak profusely if the water is against the side wall or against the the door that slides. The installation needs to be redone / reviewed). The washer and dryer worked well and were much appreciated after several days of traveling. Would 100% stay here again. Just be careful with the shower ;)
