This home reminds you of the original beach house you used to stay in, lots of glass, open beamed tongue & groove ceiling, and a charming beach feel. It has been updated over the years, with new vinyl windows throughout. The kitchen and dining area have ceramic tile floors & modern appliances but with the wonderful red countertops it hasn't lost it's sixties charm. The Dining Room has a large picnic table with padded seats that seats 8 and has a fantastic view. Also a great place to play games or do a jigsaw puzzle on those stormy days. Relax in front of the Pellet Stove in the spacious living room or enjoy the afternoon sun out on the large wrap around deck with great views. On a warm day, throw open the sliding glass door and turn on the ceiling fan. It has built in window seats, 2 recliners, 2 swivel rockers and a large sofa, so everyone can gather around the 50 inch TV to watch a movie on Netflix or to stare out at the view. On the First Floor you'll find a small bedroom with Twin trundle bed, a larger bedroom with a Queen Bed, and a Bathroom with shower-tub combo. On the second floor another bathroom, with a large shower stall. The master bedroom with queen bed has stunning views and it's own deck. It has a 40 Inch TV The other bedroom has full size bed, and a nice desk if you need to catch up on some work. The loft bed has a queen bed. It is well priced, well managed, and generously stocked with everything a family might need. The home is in need of some TLC, many window screens were missing or coming off, some doors were sticky, and the home had a musty odor. We did not mind this, I write it so that future visitors can set their expectations. I chose this property because they are dog friendly and were close to another rental a related party had. Being close to the other party was my priority however I was so pleasantly surprised by this home. Beach access is easy and a very short walk away. This made for amazing walks on the beach with our dogs whenever we felt the need. You can easily come back to the home for lunch and then head back out. It was located in a quiet neighborhood right across from the beach! There were beautiful views from the home to see the sun rising and setting each day and it was lovely to be able to make many quick trips down to the ocean throughout the day without driving anywhere. We also enjoyed the local area by doing some ATV’s and sand boarding. The home has a small kitchen but is supplied very well and we loved our family meals around the big table overlooking the ocean. There were plenty of comfortable rooms for everyone too! This place is a true gem and we hope to be back. ##### Lindsey S.
