Check out our properties ahead of booking with these in-depth tools that you won't find on other rentals! While the name seems a bit boastful, this property truly lives up to it! This is a fully remodeled 4 bed/3 bath house with many extras! As you enter the front door to this modern cottage you will see a comfortable and well appointed open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. You will also be able to see through the wall of windows at the back of the house, past the large deck and the huge yard to the beautiful White River! Now, if you are able to take your eyes off of the awe inspiring river for a minute, you will also find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first level and a second level with a loft, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Three of the bedrooms feature a queen bed and the fourth has a full over queen bunk bed. While each room is also equipped with an internet connected TV for streaming your favorites, the TV's in the living room, loft, and on the back deck are connected to Dish Network with basic, kids, outdoors, and sports channels. Other amenities include: fiber optic high speed internet, enhanced cell phone coverage, gas grill, gas smoker, Bluetooth connected outdoor speakers, pool table, fire pit, and rope swing, The house is conveniently located 1/4 mile from the White Hole Public Access for easily launching your fishing boat. Then, just motor up to the house, load up the gear and the rest of the anglers and start fishing! This stretch of the river is loaded with rainbow, brown, golden, tiger, and cutthroat trout! Don't have a boat? No problem! You can always fish from the bank of the property, or if the water level allows, wade fishing is a lot of fun! Fair warning, the water is "refreshingly chilly!" Guided half-day and full-day fishing trips are also readily available from local vendors. Other area attractions within a short drive include: Bull Shoals Lake, Bull Shoals Caverns, Bull Shoals Dam Overlook, Cotter Spring/Bridge, or a round at Big Creek Golf and Country Club. Good day trips include: Buffalo National River and Park, Blanchard Springs and Mystic Caverns, as well as Branson, MO attractions. While the grill, smoker, and fully equipped kitchen with service for 16 is ready for use, if you are ready for a night or two of not cooking, there are several restaurants within an easy drive. A few favorites are Parkview Pizza, 178 Club, and KT's Smokehouse BBQ. Four legged family members are welcome, too! We have a fenced area of yard for them to enjoy the Arkansas outdoors! Extra fees: Pet fee is $55 for entire stay. Extra guest fee is $30/person/night (> 4 guests) Cleaning fee is $150.
