Located on the lower floor, the apartment features a cozy living/dining room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and underfloor heating; an open-plan bedroom with a double bed; and a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen includes an oven, ceramic glass cooktop, dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, freezer, and coffee maker. Relax on the 35 m² terrace with garden furniture and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Wi-Fi, a crib, and a highchair are provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; it is only allowed outdoors.


The apartment is non-smoking – smoking is only allowed outdoors. The apartment building is situated in a quiet, traffic-calmed zone, just 30 meters from the edge of the forest – ideal for nature lovers and families. Shops, a bakery, and the pedestrian zone of Landeck are just a few minutes away. Numerous excursion destinations, such as the Kaunertal valley or the Gacher Blick viewpoint, are also nearby. Top ski resorts like Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Paznaun Valley, and Ischgl are easily accessible by car – perfect for both winter and summer vacationers.
