Each morning you will wake up to the vibrant hues of the sunrise right out your back door. Inside, the cabin has many recent updates & has been modernized. My wife is a professional decorator. She has placed her professional touch throughout the cabin! The main level offers two bedrooms, with king beds and a touch of luxury. 1 Full Bath and 1/2 Bath on main level. The loft accommodates 2 guests. (2 twin beds) The loft is cozy yet simple. There are two twin beds separated by window with valley views and a table with small TV located on the landing. This cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, family getaway or couples retreat. Enjoy a girlfriends weekend, or find it perfect for a guys fishing trip or Nascar Weekend! Enjoy sounds of nature during early morning breakfast or evening dinner on the 700 square feet of decking with great views while taking in fresh mountain air. If you enjoy grilling out, you will enjoy the newly purchased gas grill as of April, 2021\. Propane is provided. Get cozy by the gas log fireplace, while watching movies or make memories by the fire pit with wood provided. Gas logs are turned on mid September through April 1st. Star gaze from the hot tub & surrender yourself to the relaxation and decompression at Vista Bella. The cabin is convenient to the ski slopes of Boone, Banner Elk, and Beech Mountain. In the summer enjoy fishing or tubing on the New River which is only 20 minutes away. Mount Jefferson and Elk Knob State Park are perfect when you looking for hiking trails and mountain views! Many enjoy visiting local waterfalls, spending the weekend at MerleFest, or a full weekend of Nascar only 22 minutes and 17 miles. In the fall come for the changing of the leaves. The towns of West Jefferson, Boone, Blowing Rock and Banner Elk are all fifteen minutes to forty minutes away, depending on your destination. Asheville and Charlotte are 2 hours away. Vista Bella (beautiful views in Italian) as the name implies will provide your family beautiful views but most importantly you will depart with beautiful memories. We climbed Mount Jefferson, visited Ashe County Cheese factory store, Ashe Co. Museum, shopped and dined in West Jefferson, Boone and Blowing Rock. The smallness of the house was perfect for our small friend group to have a reunion and attend a wedding. The seclusion of the house in the mountains gave us all of the mountain feels! When we arrived the property managers where there making sure everything was in order and where great to work with. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need. It was also one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed at. A very easy drive into West Jefferson or Boone for shopping and eating. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Lisa M. We loved the quiet location and being in between West Jefferson and Boone. The house was perfect. The host was easy to reach for questions and gave us great local recommendations. We visited Third Day market, Ashe County Cheese and Frosty’s tree farm! We saw deer every day. We will definitely be back. Small recommendation…I forgot coffee filters…sigh. I was assured this would not happen to guests is the future. View was spectacular, hot tub was wonderful, and the house was very clean. Cooking pans could be better bc no matter what I did everything I cooked was sticking. Also be prepared to drive through some back dirt roads to get to property. This was no problem for us, but I feel like it’s worth mentioning. Another thing is that there isn’t a table on the main floor to sit and eat. You have to go up to the loft area or outside. Your first impression will NOT disappoint. The view was incredible, the hot tub enjoyable, and the house was comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the nice mattresses. It's small, but still has two separate bathrooms, which is nice for a small cabin. We came for a mom and dad getaway, but thought about how much our three kids would have enjoyed the loft area and wraparound deck. I think they'd particularly enjoy the large wooded areas on both sides of the cabin though. It was a quiet street and easy to find. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and it had three coffee options: keurig, espresso, and regular coffee machine. They had excellent internet and streaming services. There isn't really a place to eat inside at a table, but they have a large table on the deck that works for that perfectly. The fire pit is beautiful and they provide wood! There was a bit of misunderstanding with the property's cleaning schedule on the day we arrived. The property manager and owner of the home worked it out quickly and efficiently. They took care of us and what could have been a sticky situation turned out to be a lovely date night for me and my husband, recently returned from his seven month deployment.
